We stayed as part of a Leger tour group. As such of course we had a limited menu for dinner, however this was a reasonable choice and although waitress service was slow both for food and drinks, when it arrived it was well cooked and presented. My wife is gluten free and this did not pose a problem at the hotel other than her choices were more limited. At breakfast there is a good selection and with hot food brought to the table by the waitress. This again was good quality. Location of the hotel is excellent, only a few minutes walk from Killarney town centre with all it's amenities yet still in a quiet area. Decor inside the hotel lobby and staircase is delightful with murals of birds. There is a nice bar area and also a quiet lounge. Our room was excellent, clean and comfortable. We had requested a walk in shower due to a mobility problem and we were given an excellent room that even had two bathrooms as it was intended for disabled (room 102.) The hotel displays a notice requesting a "quiet time" between 2300 and 0800 which is a nice idea, however it did not seem to apply to the hotel itself with it's delivery lorries very early in the morning.

Delightful Dromhall with the Personal Touch' Sleeping on a floating cloud is how I would describe the beds at Dromhall Hotel. Crisp fresh bed linen in a bright airy room 3 night stay absolutely rejuvenating.
Dromhall is ideally located on the Muckross road. Just a few minutes walk from the cheerful town centre. It is the perfect location for my business stayovers in Killarney.
The spacious welcoming foyer is furnished in a relaxing decor and a 'WOW' wallpaper pattern adorns the Stairwell ! Staff in all departments are welcoming and professional, always acknowledging Guests and making everybody feel at home Keynes Bar is ideal for casual dining and offers a varied menu of delicious freshly cooked dishes. Dromhall is family run for generations, and this is reflected in tge attention to detail which enhances the Guests experience. Parking on site is very much appreciated. 10/10

We stayed here last year and throughly enjoyed it. You can see my previous review. We booked a delux king but when we got there for no apparent reason we were upgraded to a luxury king room. This came with a huge TV, and fireplace and a lovely seating area within a bay window setting. The shower was a decently powered rainshower and we had bottled drinking water, a kettle, and a nespresso machine with pods in the room. Along with teapots and a coffee pot not just mugs. The bed was massive and it was one of the most comfortable nights I’ve had in a hotel setting. Check out was a very reasonable time too. The price was excellent as we had taken advantage of a sale and with the upgrade we were very pleased indeed. We didn’t actually make breakfast because the room was so comfortable.. hot coffee and morning tv in bed. Very relaxed. Will be back. The reception staff there were very polite and very helpful for any needs. Check in/out was smooth.

Excellent location. Walkable to town and Killarney national park. Added bonus that right next door is an outdoor washer/dryer (not sure why it’s outdoor but it gets your clothes clean!)
Great hot breakfast items made to order as well as grab n go buffet.
Friendly staff. Rooms are warm but the thermostat is on the heater so you can control that!

Nice place, helpful reception staff, great restaurant meals—really appreciated luggage storage before & after our stay due to our day tour schedule. Beautiful decor and scent of fresh flowers in lobby. Fresh filtered water spout at front entrance is very convenient as well.

Stayed in superior room which was newly decorated and spacious. Checkin and out was easy and pleasant. The quality of breakfast and choice was very good and the breakfast staff could not do enough for you. Everything was done in a timely manner and there were no delays with service. The location of this hotel is less than half a km from the town and took 5 minutes to walk. We would definitely choose this hotel returning to Killarney. The room price was just right! Two nights including breakfast was €230 midweek.

Room was cheap and hotel is lovely. However breakfast was not great value for money as one waffle cost almost 20€ to be delivered to the room for breakfast. Although it was a beautiful waffle with a berry compot that is expensive.

Very comfortable, clean spacious room in the heart of Killarney. The location is ideal for walkers or those motoring around Killarney, with Muckross House and Killarney’s National Park just moments away. If you are looking for a central place to stay in Killarney yet a bit away from the nightlife scene, this place is a fabulous choice.
There is a 24/7 Centra shop across the road followed by the bus station being less than a 20 minute walk.
We had a lovely stay here and would highly recommend staying here

Room was beautiful and comfortable. No room service but there is tea and coffee in the room. Staff are very very friendly and helpful. Location is about 5/6 mins walk into town centre so saving money on a taxi instantly. Well worth it!
