Spent a few days there at hotel, in city, at Muckross, and in adjoining park areas. Delightful place and friendly people. The hotel and spa is upscale but in off season prices are very reasonable. Food in restaurant was very good and staff friendly and accommodating. Easy walking distance to downtown and park and bay.

Visited the spa today for Carita facial. Honestly the best facial I have ever had... and I've had a few! The spa is gorgeous. Atmospheric, cosy, spotless and the staff were so professional. Had a massage also and it was top class. Will definitely be back for more.

Excellent hotel, wonderful customer service, clean rooms and good food. Have stayed here twice while on holiday in Ireland. They were booked solid this last trip so wasn't able to get a room. Recommend highly

We stayed here for two nights and it was perfect. It is in a great location so it is easy to walk everywhere. The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and ample closet and storage space. The furnishings were lovely. It is right near the entrance to the national park and carriage rides.

Spent a blissful Sunday afternoon with my Mum and sisters having a girlie day. We arrived and used the 'spa' facilities and i emphasise the word spa as the pool was warm and welcoming and not a swimming pool but a spa pool with jets and two jacuzzis. We braved the outside cold to soak in the outdoor hot tub...

We stayed at this beautiful, centrally located Hotel in Oct. 2015. Our stay was wonderful - from the warm, friendly greeting of the front desk staff to the large beautiful room we were assigned. The food was really delicious and plentiful and the great Irish staff delightful. The hotel is located perfectly you can walk all around to the many...

This was our 2nd stop of a 4 day Princess land tour prior to a cruise & by far the best hotel of the 3 we stayed in Ireland. Location is close to shopping & sightseeing, but the hotel itself has great food, tops in service plus comfortable rooms. This place is definitely a "keeper" and worth staying again when...

My friend and I stayed in Killarney for three nights on a recent grip. The location of the hotel was wonderful. Very convenient for visiting the national park, restaurants and pubs. The wifi was incredibly spotty, dropping us frequently; the parking ramp was super tiny (especially for American drivers) and the hotel hallway smelled very stale. The one working outlet...
