Stayed in this hotel for 1 night on Dec 1st 2016. It was an extremely pleasant experience all round. On entering the hotel which is a great location in the centre of town, the first thing I noticed was the warm and cosy atmosphere as it was quite a cold evening. The hotel is old but so very welcoming and...

This is a nice, clean and friendly hotel. I would only reccomend it for a sleep over. It is tidy and kept well and the staff are very curtious. The evening meal was neither bad nor good and the bar was a friendly place. For Guinness drinkers I would reccomend going elsewhere as the pints were extremely watered down. I...

Stayed here last weekend and had a great weekend. All the staff were fantastic and very helpful and polite. The barman Dylan was superb. Rooms were nice and clean, what more do you want and breakfast was very nice as well as the food in the bar. Will certainly revisit!!!

The two hotels I normally use in Tralee were full so I ended up in the Imperial on a Monday night in September. Room was very dated & small but it was clean. Food in the bar was ok. Good location right in the centre of town but would imagine it's very noisy at weekends.

We spent a great night here. Everyone on the staff made us feel so welcome. It really is the staff that sets this hotel apart - they work to make sure you have a good stay!! Dinner in the restaurant was good, as was breakfast the next morning. We look forward to many return visits!!

We were at the Imperial for the Rose of Tralee Festival. The hotels location in the Town Centre made it ideal getting to all the events we needed to. What makes the place special are the people. We will always have very fond memories of Olive, Jenny, Tina, Michelle, Peter, and Chris...yes when you remember hotel staff's names, and say...

A group of four of us including my aged mother based ourselves hear for our 'ring of Kerry' and Dingle penisular tour. Very friendly greeting on arrival who even changed our room to a lower floor after noticing mums difficulty she has with walking. Returning from a meal out (I feel the Imperials menu is a little uninspiring) we were...

This was quite stardart hotel. The room was clean, but quite small. Location is great. The hotel's floorplan was very confusing. Overall, I would say, you can find better value for the same money in tralee.

A colleague found this hotel after a massive struggle to get accommodation. As it was pretty much the last room available in Kerry i was not expecting much. What a surprise! Yes, the hotel is a little old and traditional but it is kept in perfect condition inside and out. Food is good. My small bedroom was excellent. The staff...
