Manor West is one of my favourite Hotels to stay at. The rooms are all well designed and comfortable with plenty of space. The bar is inviting and food excellent. The Gym and Pool are very well maintained and great for work out. The Car parking is ample and the location is excellent right on the edge of town. The staff are friendly and super helpful and I love staying here for business.

Really enjoyed our stay here, check in was a breeze, no long wait room was really nice, with a balcony, walk in shower and jacuzzi bath ( we did request and pay a little extra for) we had food in the bar, no booking required, good was beautiful. Breakfast was all table service and one of the nicest I've had in awhile. This hotel is so convenient as we walked to the shopping centre. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyable stay at The Manor West Hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. Good food at breakfast and dinner. Would recommend this hotel for a trip to Tralee and Killarney (30 minutes away) and all the surrounding activities. The hotel is adjacent to a good choice of shops at The Manor West Retail Park.

Amazing warm and welcoming stay at Manor West. The staff are extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The entrance lobby and bar / restaurant areas are large and spacious. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed/pillows/duvet were perfect. The table service breakfast was freshly cooked to order and no long wait for cooking as you choose your breakfast time on arrival. Overall fantastic quick 1 night stay whilst travelling for work. As a solo business traveller I always find that the friendliness of the staff goes a long way to making trips away a little bit easier.

The staff were fantastic as unfortunately my husband taken ill and was hospitalised. They couldn’t do enough for me. I would truly recommend this hotel, for their caring and concern. Thank you all for your help and assistance.

Gloopy, bought in food, my daughter couldn’t eat anything because she’s allergic to sulphites which is in all processed foods. Seems like nothing is made fresh. Had a veg curry that seems like out of a packet. Very disappointing. Says there is rooms service 24 hours but there isn’t. Couldn’t order a sandwich at night.

I apologise that you were disappointed with some aspects of your stay, I have spoken with the team and I can assure you that the food we produce is not bought in processed food. We take the handling of foods allergens seriously and are bound by legislation to follow strict guidelines to ensure that customers receive the correct information regarding allergens in foods on our menus and Sulphur dioxide is present for example in wines which we use in some sauces and some suppliers uses trace amounts of Sulphur dioxide in their product . These products are prepared fresh on a daily basis at the hotel and only the finest of local ingredients are used in our dishes. Spent two nights at the Manor West in September; Staff were lovely, room was large and had lots of natural light. Room was super clean and I loved the fact there was AC. We had breakfast on both days and had room service the 2nd morning! We had only ordered it late the night before and they called us and everything to say they were on their way. We attended an event in the area; and the hotel is in a great location, close to everything that we needed, and the leisure facilities were great the next day!

Excellent work here by the staff to look after a family on holiday. Definitely coming back again. The hotel is an excellent choice for kids with many activities put on for them. The food is always good in the bar.

The Manor West is the best family hotel we've stayed in for a long time. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Shower very hot and powerful. Staff very friendly and helpful. The pool and leisure centre are super. Lots of room in the pool and it's spotless. Table service breakfast with a great choice and gorgeous food. Bar restaurant also very good. Lively atmosphere in bar. Convenient location for shopping and a day trip to Dingle is doable approx 50 mins. Highly recommend The Manor West.
