When we arrived the main lobby looked quite nice. Good bar and great always water level view. Capitalised on there views. We paid €300 for two nights. This was slightly higher then we would normally pay but the hotel was located right beside a venue we had to attend. He hotel is 15 stories high and is serviced with only...

Fab view of the river Shannon. Beds very comfortable. Rooms lovely and spacious. Staff super friendly and service very good - nothing too much. Just a comfortable great place. Food in bar very good. Does appear to be the place to stay for Hen Nights.

We stayed for one night and it was ideal, very close to the shops, the staff were so friendly and the food was lovely. The rooms were adjoining which was great as we wanted it that way. The breakfast was fab.

My friends and I stayed here recently and we couldn't have had a nicer stay. The rooms were clean comfortable and spacious. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was delicious. I have to mention in particular the waiter that served our table who couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. Our starters were slightly delayed and we...

The room was on the 8th floor. It was fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. It had a good shower. While some of the staff were excellent (the blonde lady in the bar/restaurant area) was cheerful and very attentive, some of her colleagues were not at all helpful and this would turn me off from returning.
