I had a wonderful stay and vacation. Breakfasts addressed my needs: Ken made me delicious vegetable egg white omelettes and introduced me to kippers and Irish brown bread that I gorged on. I had rented a car and spent a week touring all sections of Ireland...a lot of driving time, but the sights and history were well worth the time...

Been there for at least one night, and really enjoyed it. The bathroom was new and really big for a b&b, if you've seen other b&b's where the bathrooms are much smaller and older and not so comfortable. The rooms are old but clean and that's ok for a b&b. Ken and his wife are really nice. The location nearby...

I was on a work trip and booked by telephone. If you want a glass and concrete hotel with plastic people and plastic food this is not the place for you. It is warm, comfortable and homely. From the very moment of Check in, Ken was most hospitable and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for this kind man. Late...

Ideal location, lovely bedroom, and good variety among breakfast options. Friendly hosts. I used it as a stop-over place of rest for going between Limerick and Shannon (family occasion), and it was the perfect solution for my plans.

We stayed here in October 2015 and it was great! After having a lot of full Irish breakfasts we decided to just have something light for breakfast. We decided on scrambled eggs and Ken did not disappoint. They were the best scrambled eggs that we ever had. Other than the breakfast we found Ken & his wife were very friendly...

The hosts were most accommodating, the lodging was beautiful, there were several interesting things within walking distance. The hosts make the place. I was quite ill, and they could not have been more solicitous or helpful. If I could afford another trip to Ireland, this is where I'd head first!

We arrived a little early and planned to stay one night, but that wasn't a problem at all. Ken welcomed us warmly and showed us our room which was a little cold but perfectly fine and clean. To break our fast we had a full Irish with two slices of really good, Irish black pudding, bacon an egg and sausages....

Having just been away on a Rugby Weekend to Limerick we booked in to the Armada Lodge and were immediately made welcome by Ken and his wife. The room was excellent, well maintained with a good en-suite. Instead of giving us directions to town Ken actually drove is into the centre and gave us a mini tour of the good...

Had a great time here, room was clean, average size with a large ensuite (plenty of hot water.) We arrived late and asked if we could order a chinese takeaway to the B&B, Ken could not have been more accomodating heating plates for us and setting a table up for us. Location is great if you have a car. Breakfast...
