Stayed here for a weekend in a family room - it was very spacious and fine for what we needed. Other families staying with us complained of the cold in their room, for us it was the opposite in that the room was a bit ward. I turned off one radiator but even that did not drop the temperature enough...

We stayed here last month with our three small children and we had a great time. The staff were so good to us, especially Niamh at reception and Mairead in the bar. We arrived and Niamh spoke to the children when getting checked in and remembered their names for the duration of the stay. Mairead in the bar was able...

Place looked ok on arrival, bar could do with a facelift . Food was absolute rubbish, can safely say I have never had such bad food with such a limited menu. After both of us picked the same fish dish for the main course on Friday evening we spent the early hours of Saturday morning with our faces in the...

The hotel does nothing to relax you when you, for example at check in there are a few simple things a customer needs, e.g. That your room is ready, the wifi dies or doesn't need a code and where the bar is in case you need a snack after your journey. So firstly we were told our room wouldn't be...

This hotel was a great family break. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The kids entertainment at night was great for all ages ... wouldn't advise to go here for a weekend without kids as it's definitely family orientated . pool area was fab and food yummy. No complaints and also the Easter egg left in room for kids...

We stayed as a family of 4 over the Easter weekend. From driving in, I noticed how unkempt the hotel appeared to be. Rubbish in the shrubs, untidy reception. When checking in their credit card machines were down. The room was basic- TV did not work. WIFI is about the only modern standard in the hotel. Decor is shabby &...

Stayed here with my partner and kids for two nights and really liked it. We had an issue with noise from the room next door the first night and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. They over us straight away to a bigger room on a different floor. Kids really enjoyed it and there was lots for them to...
