Thank you Olive, Margaret and Deloris for all your help while we were at farmhouse! While we were there we didn't have a car because we were having issues and you helped us get a car the next day and made us feel so welcome even at midnight! Thank you for everything we talk about how we got lost in...

Olive is a sweet hostess, and her rooms are amazing! The room is very ample, very modern and what a beautiful surprise to find a large ensuite bath with a whirlpool tub!!! Our breakfast will be cooked to order in the morning, after being lucky enough to rest in this beautiful room tonight! The room is filled with added little...

Glasha Farmhouse is a lovely place in a beautiful setting. Even in January, when it can be dreary and wet outside, one feels at home in the well-appointed parlour to chat or watch TV, enclosed greenhouse room for afternoon tea, and dining room for a good B&B breakfast. Olive is a brilliant host. We wish we could have stayed longer.

3 of us stayed here over New Year's for a few days of hiking. The room was lovely and warm with all the mod-cons you'd expect. The breakfast is fab with various types of delicious, freshly home-made bread, muffins and muesli. This is as well as a breakfast which is cooked to order and Olive's 'apple porridge'. It's within a...

We were hiking in September and stayed at Glasha. It was recommended by Hillcrest Guesthouse we stay here as it was right on the trail we were walking and there isn't anything else close by. He called ahead for us and Olive reserved us a room. After hiking all day we got to Glasha. Beautiful place and definitely fancier then...

We stayed at the Glasha farmhouse on a private tour from My Ireland Tour in early October. It was simply a splendid experience. The beauty of the area and the lodging was most pleasing. The food and presentation was simply impeccable. However, the atmosphere that Olive O'Gorman creates in her farmhouse makes one want to stay a week. Simply a...

We stayed in Glasha Farmhouse for two nights while exploring the magnificent walks in the nearby Nire Valley. The number of awards on display in the hall gave us an indication on arrival that we may be in for a treat. As we were leaving we could definitely say all are well deserved. Olive didn't spare anything to make sure...

We struggled to find this without an actual address (didn't realize until later that you could enter satellite coordinates into the Garmin) but once we did, what a extraordinary place. The scenic views are amazing. We woke to the cows mooing out the window. it was so relaxing, I wish we could have stayed longer.Olive was very helpful and made...

Had an amazing time with my family (troupe of 13). Stayed one night. The view was amazing. Dinner was delicious and host was super accomodating. There is a cute pub down the street within walking distance. Had a beer by the river. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. If you go hungry it's your own damn fault. Overall a quiet, beautiful experience!

After a terrible windy and rainy day sightseeing, it was comforting to arrive at Glasha House and be greeted by Olive, who is a warm and welcoming host. The room was very nice and she prepared tea and had baked tarts and cookies for us and another couple. We spent a lovely evening chatting about what we had seen and...

Lovely to read such a lovely review. I hate to see a wet day when guests are on holidays even though sometimes they expect rain in Ireland. So glad you enjoyed your visit to Glasha - it was a pleasure to host you. Best wishes.
