Tragically dated. This hotel could be so good but the rooms haven't changed in 30 years or more. I can only imagine that the location and the imaginative description on the internet is the only reason this place is in business.
Went to the hotel today for my sisters 40th afternoon tea. We'd made the mistake of going for lunch beforehand so we weren't very hungry.

The whole hotel is air conditioned rather than individual rooms i think. Its quite an old mansion, dates back to Tudor times, so A/C not really on design list. But as an old building with thick massive walls, it always stays... More
