Overall I had a pleasant stay in Brandon House on a business trip to New Ross. Nice hotel but not perfect on this occasion. Read on..... (1) Check in was pleasant, friendly and efficient. Good Corporate room rate for B&B. (2) Room was clean, practical and spacious but the radiator thermostat was defective leaving the room unbearably warm. I tried...

I stayed here last Friday night with my partner. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and directed us to our room The room on the ground floor was dull and not very appealing. The bed was comfortable with a double and single, and suitable amount of pillows. The bathroom sink was not cleaned and still had remnants of the...

I stay in the Brandon on business regularly, I have never been dissapointed with the facilities or the staff. Colm and Billy look after the conference and banqueting and are masters at making you feel at ease. Waiting and reception staff are always good humoured and attentive. Great value and absolutely lovely views of new Ross

My third visit in a year at the moment. Always a friendly experience. Reception staff are always nice and down to earth. Rooms clean and modern recently renovated. Lovely cosy, homely bar area with plenty of locals. Ample parking in a great location with scenic views. Bar food is really good especially the pizzas :-) Cant wait to return again.

On arriving to this hotel, it looks beautiful. We were "greeted" by the receptionist who barked instructions at us and was abrupt in asking for payment. Room was nice. Bathroom a little old fashioned but clean. Every thing to do with the hotel was too much bother for the staff. The breakfast staff particularly were a massive let down. We...
