Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Had an overnight stay here due to missing Edinburgh train. Great little B&B....very clean, comfortable and great value for money. Unfortunately, breakfast was not available which by other reviewers comments is amble and well cooked. Maybe next time!! Also if you are looking for somewhere to eat in the centre check out The Pizza Parlour...great food

I thoroughly recommend the Aragon House, B & B, hotel, Peterborough, where we were made very welcome and nothing seemed too much trouble. It was very clean, we were comfortable and enjoyed our breakfast. That thankfully was in strong contrast to our stay the previous days, at the Premier Inn, Cardiff.

This was my first stay in this hotel. It is located close to my son and his family. I stayed in a deluxe room and it was lovely. I enjoyed the antiques the spaciousness. The service was also wonderful. I felt as if I were part of the family and everyone helped me, as I was elderly lady on my own.

FREE UPGRADE WOOOOO
Now although that’s not a given I’m still so grateful they did it. The room is so clean and tidy. The lady who greeted me was super friendly and super kind. It’s just a really nice place to stay. Very welcoming. Very cozy. I will go out if my way to stay here again if I’m in the area rather than paying more for something much less nice

Decent hotel. Very cheap (£35) for one night with breakfast. Parking outside. Friendly staff. Clean and nice room. Showers and bathroom are communal. But sink in room. Stopping over for business so no problems. Reccomend.

What ace people, they were so accommodating, sent me off to work with a packed breakfast cos I was leaving early. I'm not a big reviewer but felt driven to write something because this was a cracking small business and I would commend it to anybody. All facilities top drawer.

Room was very small and bed didn't support me, ended up putting mattress on the floor, however they moved me to the hotel across the road. When I arrived no one to greet me just key left on reception.

I live in the area but have stayed @ Aragon House on a number of occasions when friends have stayed or on a night out when I don't want to travel back home.

The hotel is well located and close to the city centre, it is easy to get to and slipping out to the A1 the next morning is very easy.

The rooms are clean & fresh, I have stayed in both an ensuite and non ensuite and have found them to be exceptional value. If you are on a budget you can take one of the smaller singles and use a communal shower.

The breakfast in the morning was excellent and Bettina helped me through the first part of my hangover.

The hotel itself is more than acceptable with Bettina being helpful, friendly and thoroughly welcoming.

Nicely located, in a safe area, only 15 minute walk from the city centre, car park available, tasty and rich breakfast. The guest house is tastefully decorated and has a good internet connection. The owner Bettina is one of the most amazing people I’ve met, very helpful and caring and up for a good laugh. Thank you so much! You made me feel like home!
