Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Premier inn is my go to hotel for most trips, can’t really fault anything. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, always clean and tidy and the breakfast is pretty good at most locations. Thank you so much for the chocolate biscuits, god knows I needed some chocolate!

We stayed at this hotel with my children a pit stop on the way to Norfolk we were very surprised how nice this hotel is. It’s an older premier inn but it’s very clean and the staff went above to meet our needs the children loved their treats too. Breakfast was excellent

easy free parking next door, comfortable and clean room, great value for money, slept well, beefeater next door for breakfast, very handy. only issue is no lift, so if you have mobility issues get a ground floor room or you have to carry your case upstairs

Overall the hotel was very good. Placed in a quiet area. Clean and tidy, friendly and helpful receptionists. However, the sound of the air conditioning or ventilation was too noisy, so if this doesn’t bother you it will be fine but if like me you like peace and quiet inside and outside, not a good place to be. Otherwise everything was ok.

This was a 1 night trip for my sister’s birthday. Warren, our receptionist greeted us warmly & as a birthday treat, had extra munchies, chocolates & a lovely bottle of bubbly put into our room for us. He also gave us both free breakfast the next morning. The hotel itself is lovely & clean, as is the room. We had a twin booked & had expected the usual double bed with the sofa made up as a single but to our surprise, it was 2 proper twins, which were very comfy. We had an evening meal & breakfast in the Granary restaurant next door to the hotel & was very happy with the service & food. We would highly recommended this hotel.

We stay here for 5 days over Xmas as it was convenient for us whilst visiting family. We stayed here for 5 days over Xmas as it was convenient for visiting family. The whole experience from check in to check out was efficient and pleasant. All staff were polite and professional. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. We ate breakfast at the Granary but were disappointed with the portion size. When I mentioned this to the staff member she said I could always request more. This defeats the .eat as much as you want advert. We normally eat at the garden centre next door when it is open.

Easy & fast check in. Room pretty much standard for an older looking Premier Inn. Room & bathroom spotless & only the 2nd one I’ve stayed in with a working fan. The toilet seat was loose & the heater in the bedroom squeaked. I worked out was due to it moving on the brackets. After putting up with it at about 1am I turned it off. I went to reception but nobody was there so I reported both issues to a member of staff who I think was a cleaner, so they’ll hopefully get sorted. Its not a bad Premier Inn & the location is nice beside the heater my other gripe is the new Silentnight Matresses are nothing like the old mattresses & I certainly didn’t have a good nights sleep. I would have gone with the good nights sleep guarantee but no one on reception & the link to the webpage online does nothing. It’s only the 2nd Premier Inn I’ve not slept well in.
