I wasn't really looking forward to staying here after seeing it on the hotel inspector and only booked it as most hotels were full. I was very pleasantly pleased when I arrived and loved the surroundings! The horses were an added bonus, it was so peaceful at night and in the morning. The kingsize bed was so comfortable. At breakfast...

This Motel, better known as the Harrogate Riding Centre, is located at the far end of Rudding Lane off Brackenthwaite Lane. From the roundabout where the A61 crosses the A658 south of Harrogate, continue north on the A61 towards Harrogate, take the first road on the left towards Burn Bridge and keep taking the first left until there is no...

Be warned that if you dislike horses this establishment is not for you. The rooms are alongside an indoor arena and overlook the stables. There is however very little noise apart from the taps in the bathroom. The room is perfectly ok but the bathroom is small, the bath mat is paper but the taps have to be experienced. The...

Stayed here for one night as we attended the local flower show. As reported by others the stables are in the middle of nowhere, and I for one loved it! I assume it was created to fill a need for people attending gymkhanas' etc. We had room seven and one bed was silent but the other really, REALLY needs changing....

They lied on the website about the location - it is is MILES away from Harrogate city centre. It cost £14 to get to Harrogate by taxi wasting me money I did not have. It is NOT worth £45 per night. The 'continental breakfast'-only consists of brioche/croissaint in a plastic packet, a small baby bell cheese & some instant coffee....

What can I say, words don't seem to it. My partner and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful motel. Our hostess was a delightful woman, who couldn't do enough for you. She was kind and chatty and helpful. Our room was cozy and comfortable and had everything you needed in it. Breakfast was simple but warm and welcome...
