Had a lovely stay here from Friday to Sunday. Amazing breakfasts, fruit salad and yoghurt very nice, along with cooked breakfast. (Would prefer a little background music in the dining room at breakfast, as it was very quite). Room 6 small but cozy, wi-fi worked very well throughout our stay. Bottled water tea, coffee and biscuits in room. B&B in... More

Stayed from Sunday to Tuesday for a short break. Situated 15 minutes walk from centre up a bit of a hill. Room was double ensuite at the top of the house so a few stairs to go up. Not a large room but adequate, small telly, loads of storage space, one arm chair, toilet and shower. Very clean and decorated in... More

Stayed for one night as we were guests a wedding at a nearby hotel. Proprietor was very friendly and helpful. We had emailed in advance to see if we could leave our bags there for the day, as it was an early wedding we were going to, but in fact when we got there even though it was only 11am,... More

Fabulous little B&B approx 10 mins walk away from the centre. Comfortable and well decorated guest rooms with a great breakfast. Car parking is on the quiet residential street outside. Recommend and will definitely re-visit.

We were here for a 1 night stay during a weekend trip to Harrogate. Although decor in the rooms is a bit dated, they are cosy and comfortable. We stayed in a spacious en-suite room on the top floor. The small utility room with a fridge and fresh milk was especially useful. The breakfast was really good with plenty of... More

Stayed here whilst attending a show at the convention centre which is only 6 minutes walk away. Located just outside the heavy traffic areas, there is free roadside parking, good free Wifi and a hearty breakfast. A warm welcome and nice little touches like an ironing room and a fridge containing fresh milk daily instead of UHT options. Lovely old... More

We were going to The Majestic Hotel for a dinner dance and this B & B was very close and we could walk there. The room was comfortable and clean. A lovely touch was that there is a fridge for guests use and we were told fresh milk was in there if we preferred to use that than the UHT... More

We received a warm welcome after an awful long journey of heavy traffic and bad weather. The room was clean and comfortable, and of a reasonable size. The breakfast was very well cooked. Also there was plenty of street parking around the hotel, and the town was only a 10 minute walk. Would thoroughly recommend it.

The hotel is situated some 7 or 8 minutes walk from the shopping centre but just outside of the parking restrictions area. Plenty of free parking on the road. The rooms are very clean and the breakfasts are something to look forward to. I am assured the ingredients are sourced locally. The double room we had was on the first... More

We have stayed at Hollins House twice yearly for the past 15 years to attend the Harrogate Flower Show. As the house is on the edge of the town it's an easy drive to the show ground. We look forward to seeing Peter and Mary on every visit. They are lovely warm hosts who provide gorgeous breakfasts-we particularly enjoy Peter's... More
