Very nice house in a quiet cul de sac with short walk to town. Parking is on road but permits given. Owners very pleasant & the breakfast is as good as you get at home. Thoroughly recommended for short break

Well situated for the town centre. Good breakfast, friendly with no hassle, really with large double bed, good room facilities with the rooms being not massive. But perfectly acceptable for the price. Clean, tidy and very quiet situated in a Cul-de-Sac

Great value - small single room, not ensuite but it had everything I needed including bathroom with BATH nearby. Friendly service, excellent breakfast, support & first aid when I tripped over a small step on my way out! At end of quiet cul-de-sac with parking.

I stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed my stay. My room was spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was a shared bathroom down the hall but that was no problem. It was also spotlessly clean. I was welcomed by Derek who showed me my room and explained everything I needed to know. He also... More

This small B&B is located at the end of a quiet culdesac but is only some 10 minutes walk from the town centre (if you go the right way). We spent a pleasant 2 nights here in May whilst travelling to the Northeast. The welcome was good and our cosy room was at the back of the house and had... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights before the Harrogate Spring Flower Show. Ideal location close to the centre but quietly tucked away at the end of a culdesac. Clean cosy twin room at the front of the property with large bay windows, own shower room and toilet, very comfy beds and very full refreshment tray. Excellent breakfast choice of... More

This is a lovely B&B. it's in a great location. The parking is a real bonus. The owner was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The room was a great size, nice and light and airy. I liked that we got a complimentary bottle of water along with the usual tea and coffee. The complimentary toiletries were good too. The breakfast was... More

We had a fantastic stay at the guest house. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty. Very well situated to get into the centre of Harrogate. Couldn't have asked for a better stay really. Exactly what we hoped for and reasonably priced. Thanks!
