We have just spent a night at this wonderful place, whilst visiting relatives in Brearton. What a wonderful surprise! From the moment our host, Jo,came out to meet us, it exceeded all expectations. The rooms are beautifully warm and inviting and being offered a beautiful chilled glass of wine or beer, set the tone for our stay. The ensuite bathrooms...

We booked because of the location close to Ripley. Delighted with the quality of experience. The property has been beautifully presented with two rooms available for guests (separate house available for larger parties). Wonderful dining room and breakfast. We'll be back

Beautiful cottage, in quiet Yorkshire countryside only 15 minutes from Harrogate. Lovely well-appointed rooms, spotlessly clean. Sumptuous breakfast. Warm and friendly welcome from Jo. You can't go wrong here; highly-recommended; we look forward to staying again

In 11 years of traveling with business - this has been my best stay yet. The attention to detail from the initial greeting through to the breakfast and the general decoration and welcome feeling was excellent.

Lovely inviting B&B, in a lovely location where the owners are warm and friendly. This is the best I have stayed in, clean, comfortable and Home from Home. This B&B offers more than you could wish for, everything to make your stay perfect. Highly recommend already re-booked and have recommended to my family and friends.

5/5 for all of the above. Amazing host, breakfast and hospitality! Would recommend to all looking for a bit of country air and go get away from the bustle of Harrogate. That said it is only 10 minute drive! Will be back :)

Booked at short notice for a weekend away with the girlfriend. I almost booked a central harrogate hotel as It would have been more convenient for restaurants and pubs but Im glad I didn't. The setting is very quiet and peaceful and Jo was very friendly and welcoming. It was Easy enough to get a taxis into harrogate and back...

Beautiful accommodation, spotless, decorated to a high standard and extremely comfy and cosy. Jo is so welcoming and we had roses, wine and chocolates on arrival (along with food essentials). She even gave us all a lift to the local pub and arranged transport back! Great location, very peaceful with a real countryside location but only 15 mins into Harrogate....

We needed a quick get away from our current stresses and problems. We made the perfect choice. Jo has established a great place to stay and ensures that you are not short of anything. It is way beyond your normal B & B. She thinks of many little touches to ensure you are spoilt, at any time of the day....
