Clean tidy family run business which they've had since February. Obviously a well established B&B which is well maintained with friendly welcoming owners. We had a room at the very top which is classed as a small double. Not small, large and spacious with a shower room on suite. Plenty of tea/coffee provided. One suggestion - a small table/cabinet in the bathroom would help as the only place you can put a toilet bag is on the floor!

We were taken to our room 'Tantalon 2' by the very friendly owner, Camila. The large, clean room was at the top of the stairs and had a very comfortable king-size double bed, a soft couch and large TV and still plenty of floor space. There were bathroom / shower toiletries and Tea & Coffee facilities and even biscuits (a rare find in hotels these days !) We chose a tasty full English breakfast on both mornings we stayed in the hotel, but you could have chosen to have a lighter breakfast too. Parking anywhere in Harrogate is a bit of a nightmare, so finding a hotel within 10-15 min of the centre is well worth it. Everywhere is disc / permit parking so you just park where you can (there's plenty of space within 50 yds of hotel) and the owners (Camila / Osli) will give you 'scratch' permits for the time you are there. The hotel has a real ‘family’, welcoming feel and is perfect for a few days in Harrogate. The owners also have a fantastic restaurant (Papa's) 10 - 15 min walk from the B&B, definitely worth a visit if staying in Harrogate (see separate review).

Really excellent week at this Hotel. Run by a Husband and wife with a couple of young children and you couldn't ask for a friendlier welcome. The hotel is in a Victorian/Edwardian style but bang up to date. Our room was a good size overlooking the front of the property and very comfortable. The breakfast menu offer you a good variety of options from a "Yorkshire breakfast" to a "Healthy Breakfast". It's situated in a residential area about 5 - 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Would definitely use it again. Thanks for the hospitality!!

We booked late and surprised our hosts but they gave us tea whilst they room was made ready. Top floor very spacious and clean. Good choice of very tasty breakfast and only a 10 min walk into town. Would have stayed a third night, only weather changed our minds. Olsi and Kamila are excellent friendly hosts, hopefully no further lockdown for you guys.
