Two nights here were very much as promised. The couple who run it state that they try to provide the kind of stay that they, themselves, would enjoy. Absolutely! The breakfasts were top class and we parked the car free of charge.

Having booked five rooms for a two night stay we were really pleased with each of them. There was a handy guest lounge which was really suited to our needs allowing for us all to get together during the evening. Breakfast was lovely with a fantastic choice cooked to order. Would gladly return and may well do so next year.

A weekend away to do a bit of xmas shopping, The guest house was easy to find is a steady 15 minute walk to the centre of Harrogate. The room was on the ground floor and very comfortable, breakfast was cooked to order and very nice. The owners and the housemaid were very friendly and helpful with directions ect.

A most enjoyable stay in Harrogate made even more perfect by our stay at The Fountains Guest House. Our room was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast on both days was amazing. Within easy walking distance of all of Harrogate's outstanding attractions.

My friend and I decided to have a 2 day break in harrogate to visit the Xmas market. I picked The Fountains guest house from its reviews by previous guests here on trip advisor and we certainly weren't disappointed. From the moment we arrived Jon and Lyndsay made us feel at home. Jon even insisted on carrying our bags up...

We booked in the week before my daughter came to Harrogate to take part in the national citizen ship scheme. Our room was I think their last available room but nonetheless was roomy, comfortable and well appointed. The shower worked with good pressure. The provision of fresh milk in thermos flasks from the fridge in the sitting room was an...

We were very happy that we booked with the Fountains Guesthouse, from the minute we walked in the door when we were welcomed by Lindsay and throughout our stay we were made to feel at home. My twin room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were amazing (cooked to order) and nothing was too much trouble. John even...

Was in Harrogate for the wedding show for business and was lucky enough to stay here. Lindsay the owner greeted us as we arrived on the Saturday evening after a long journey from London, got us settled into our rooms and recommended places to eat. Rooms were clean and tidy. I had a single room which was cosy but ensuite...
