Overnight stay at this lovely hotel was a top night away, very clean and spacious. victorian house with loads of character, and to finish it off a fantastic breakfast!! Very friendly owners! Top price for a bed and breakfast so close to the town centre! Which is only 5 minutes walk but far enough away to have a quiet nights...

We stayed here for 1 night and this guest house is absolutely first class. Great family feel to the place, quiet when it needs to be and the room decor is top quality. We particularly liked the 'honesty box' where you buy a drink from the fridge and just put money into the box. I highly recommend getting breakfast if...

We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night in room number 10, which was well-sized and clean with a nice bathroom (complete with see-through sink). The bed was very comfortable. As it is a 19th century building, it is well-built with high ceilings. After we checked in, we were met by Jon, one of the owners, who gave us a...

Second time we have stayed at the fountains- last stayed in September 2016 for 2 nights as visiting family in Harrogate, and we were so impressed! Rooms are beautiful, clean and so comfortable with great facilities. The beds are so comfy and rooms are quiet so you get a great nights sleep! The breakfasts are to die for! Full English...

I was in Harrogate for three nights for a training course. As the only guest in the house it felt like I was living in my own home as I had the spacious lounge to myself. The room I had was perfectly comfortable but quite small so it was great to have the lounge to relax in without having to...

Good location 10/15 minutes walk from the centre. Parking not a problem. Lovely room with comfy bed, nice furnishings, tea, coffee (with fresh milk), water and biscuits. Breakfast delicious with lots of choice. Friendly hosts. Would definitely stay again.

The first thing that struck us was the lovely warm air entering the door from the cold street outside. The lounge was very cozy looking as we passed whilst being shown to our room. Our room was nice and spacious with a lovely big bow window and this too was lovely and warm, in fact we had to turn the...

Stayed here this weekend. The owners were really friendly, rooms clean and well kept, tea and coffee in the rooms and fresh milk available. The hotel was really near to the city centre, walkable and easy to find. The breakfast was just amazing, so much choice and fresh. This was a great find. Would recommend this.

Two nights here were very much as promised. The couple who run it state that they try to provide the kind of stay that they, themselves, would enjoy. Absolutely! The breakfasts were top class and we parked the car free of charge.
