Self and three others stayed at West Park only yesterday and was very impressed with the rooms in particular their cleanliness. It's very near the town centre plus there is parking literally round the corner in a multi storey that is £6.20 for 24 hours. We stayed in standard rooms as the superior and suite rooms were already taken but...

If I was basing this review purely on the accommodation it would easily be a 5 but our experience in the restaurant left us just a bit disappointed. Very centrally located hotel with easy access to a secure fairly cheap car park next door (£6.20 for 24 hours). On arrival the receptionist was very pleasant and advised us we had...

Stayed on Sunday night. Perfectly happy with all aspects. Everything from the Nespresso machine to the shower was gleaming. So much so I think we must have been in a sparkling new room but on reflection it was just part of the overall pride in a magnificent small hotel. We will stay here again if we make it back to...

This is our second time here. Good hotel, reasonably priced with well equipped and clean rooms. The bar downstairs is great with well stocked bar. Breakfast was exceptional. Hotel is on a main street in the town and so easy to get round. Cheap car park right next to hotel reception entrance.

Made a special day SPECTACULAR. Thank you especially to Laura who I spoke to on the morning of our visit (just to make sure all was ok with specific table etc.) and Peter (who took our orders and served us) who went above and beyond to make my family's day even more special. Thank you, Thank you and Thank you...

Well firstly the room they first put us in was facing a solid wall after all the hype online about views over the park. So happy to accept that we'd booked a basic room I let this go. However after getting to dinner Amy and I order our starters to be told three times each selection was not available. Would...

From start to finish, this hotel and it's staff were great. Lizzie and Ross in the bar/restaurant were great ambassadors for the hotel. Ross - all the best with the America plans and keep practicing those cocktails... :) The room was excellent, with a very nice birthday card from Laura and the team. Very nice touch. Would highly recommend this...

Met a friend here for lunch, we had drinks, lunch and a very long catch up. The service was excellent as always and the food delicious. I am gluten free and sometimes feel like a bit of a nuisance in restaurants but I was told to choose what I wanted from the menu and the chef would make it gluten...

We stayed at this hotel last night and found the rooms very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Although we didn't have the best view (Room 212 looking onto a concrete wall) considering the hotel seemed to be the "place to be" for eating drinking and generally being merry we had no disturbance from noise whatsoever. In fact the only thing...
