We recently stayed here for an evening while attending a local event. From booking to departure the service could not be faulted. Rachel and Paul are clearly passionate about their home and business, but more importantly their guests. They went above and beyond during our stay and nothing was too much trouble. The room was immaculate, had everything you needed and sooooo comfortable. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again should we need to. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed at Kedleston View for just one night for a friends wedding. Rachel and Paul were very accommodating with our checkin times and checkout times, the breakfast was lovely and my husband was given a lift to collect his car the next day from the venue. We also had a free room upgrade and little touches such as the hall light being left on when we returned. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all!

We stayed at this lovely B&B in the self catered "garden room" this weekend as a base to use while we went to a family wedding. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable and the bed was really comfy too. We had breakfast as an extra, as we were in the self-catered accommodation and Rachel and Mick bought it over to the room for us to have in the room both mornings, which we thought was a nice touch. The breakfast was really tasty, loads of fresh fruit, museli and a big cooked breakfast. I had a veggie breakfast which was really tasty and my husband really enjoyed the meaty one. The hosts were very friendly and very helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to get ready for the wedding. I would highly recommend this place.

Fortunate to book this B&B as Derby area seemed very busy. Very friendly & welcoming hosts. Room very small but with alot in it. Bed comfy, electrical gadgets worked & no wonky light bulbs! Toilet & shower area all one but a good showerwith plenty of hot water. Very peaceful kocation & sleep relaxing. The hosts very understanding & accommodating regarding my one early breakfast. Each breakfast was cooked to order - fresh & piping hot. Good selection offered & set me up for the day. An enjoyable break.
