We usually stay at Holiday Inns as they are convenient and we collect the points. My partner and I were heading to collect a car and decided to stay over here as it was just off the M4 and very conveniently located. Check in was easy and greeted as an IHG member. Large car park which was free, sometimes you have to pay! Good size room and it was very clean. Our bed was slightly hard and seemed to dip in the middle, but annoying and hurt my back a little. Good selection of food at breakfast with proper orange juice which we struggle to get in some IHG’s!! I would recommend and I’m sure we’ll pop back again in the future.

The staff were excellent, we had a couple of small issues with the room but they were quickly put right and the staff could not have been more helpful and caring. The bed was excellent, the reception quick and efficient. The breakfast staff a joy to meet. All in all highly recommended

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The facilities were good, and as you expect for a type of hotel, it is. The staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful. I I would recommend staying there again to anyone on business or a short stay visiting friends or family in the area.

Stayed here one night on our way back from Devon. Room was good, although air conditioning a problem to work. Nice bathroom with shower only. Breakfast very good, and free! Would recommend and use again as a stop off

Booked this hotel to visit family hotel was really nice however rooms could do with updating. Mattress was too firm however the sleep wasn’t the worst I have had in a hotel. Friendly staff who gave us a bag for the dog that we had with us which was a nice touch.

The hotel is situated just off the M4, obviously a popular area as there are 2 other hotels over the main road. The room is comfortable and is cleaned daily,sadly to my cost as a carrier bag and contents were thrown away by the cleaner as I had put it on the floor near the waste basket. The sheets are nylon,making me hot till I put a blanket on top of the sheet and lay on that. Breakfast is included,but sadly no fried eggs tomatoes or mushrooms. The parking places seem to get quite full of an evening.This concerned me as I had to go out for a meal as the hotels menu was rather poor.I just seemed to find the last free space to park.

Upon arrival we met Flo. Well, Flo is absolutely amazing! A credit to the company. All checked in, the room was spotless, the bed was so comfortable. 10.30pm we found our air con wasn't working. Zak did his best to get it working but to no avail. He even offered to swap us rooms but we settled with a heater and a fan. We had a lovely nights sleep. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice between a hot meal and others if a fry up wasn't your first choice. Again, a big thank you to Flo and Zak who made the stay more comfortable and welcoming for us.

We stayed Friday 4/8 & agin on Tuesday 8/8 both 1 nights stay were lovely, friendly staff, clean & spotless rooms, even shampoo, shower & hand soap supplied, bed comfortable & no sound at all from the traffic, meal in the evening delicious, hot & tasty & very quick service. Breakfast was Free👍

Really good stay reception staff friendly helpful and very efficient . Room clean and comfortable with good toiletries plenty of tea and coffee etc. good to have a choice of pillows . A great Holiday Inn Express with really friendly and helpful staff. Check-in was well organised and swift, the bar was well stocked and prices were great. Rooms are standing HIExpress rooms but you've got everything you need for a comfortable night's sleep. Whole hotel was spotless. I was concerned there may be noise from the motorway that would keep me awake as my room overlooked it, but the windows were well sound-proofed to prevent that being a problem. Conveniently located, I'd definitely stay here again.
