There seems to be a big problem with the heating at this hotel. Until they resolve it, you’ll have a better night sleeping in your car. Attached Beefeater is OK but seems to be short-staffed. No hot breakfast buffet so allow extra time for plated breakfast to be brought to you.

Hotel's Favourite
Standard room, quiet, clean and comfortable, with good breakfast. Only thing that lets it down is poor seating within the room. Parking was fine but you need to register your vehicle (easy). Conveiniant location just off the M4, but still quiet.

Stayed at the Premier Inn due to having an event at the hilton next door they room was lovely and clean and they also put balloons and a card and presents on the bed for her which made it extra special

Another relaxing nights stay at a Premier Inn, we visit many Premier inns around the country during the year and this one matches up to the others with the excellent staff and cleanliness was spot on and a very comfortable bed always gives a good night's sleep.

Thank you to Liz and Richard for communicating via email and phone to ensure we had the best rooms and restaurant reservations. First visit since pre covid, annual family Christmas shopping trip. Standard PI rooms, spotlessly clean. Rooms 32 and 33 at the end of the corridor so complete quiet. Would always stay at this PI in Swindon as the attached Beefeater is also very good.

A great place to stop off on our way from Norfolk to Cornwall. Very conveniently situated for us. The room was very clean and tidy and had a lovely flat screen tv. Bonus for us was that there was also a bath.

Reception staff were really helpful, chatty and friendly (after a long drive and not knowing where to eat). Clean rooms, comfy bed and tea making facilities in my room. Everything you need and expect from a good Premier Inn. Reasonably priced too.

I made the mistake of leaving behind some of my luggage. I called the hotel and spoke to a staff member who confirmed this had been logged and was there. I set off immediately. After driving 2hours when I arrived the property could not be found and has been lost. I have reported this to the Police so beware.

Loved this ambience of the inn, the outside was so pretty and welcoming. The girls on the desk Lucy and her colleague were friendly, professional and very charming. The rom clean and fresh as the bathroom. Superb!
