This is a lovely hotel. All the staff encountered were friendly and helpful. Parking very convenient. The pool and spa included with the hotel room was a great plus and made a very relaxing start and end to the day..

We wanted a reasonably priced hotel near to the centre for the weekend and found it. Nice rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, good gym and pool PLUS you get watch the football if you get the timing right. Out of town, so you need to drive or get a taxi. Make sure you visit Ironbridge for a Saturday night out... More

Had one night in this hotel in a twin room. Room was very clean and organised although decor somewhat dated. Towels were nice and clean and very absorbent. Check in was faultless. On the night in question , I did find the room somewhat cold. Also , owing to the location of the room (2nd floor looking out over Main... More

Booked a 2 night stay to attend a conference at the international conference centre. Hotel is a good 10 minute drive from the centre. I experienced some delays on my arrival day, phoned the hotel and Jordan was friendly and helpful with my reservation. Was checked in swiftly on arrival and told about the bar and breakfast. The room I... More

Basic room only 2 plugs sockets for three women getting ready for a night out....not good. Hairdryer blew up, shower was poor. Did get moved to a different room but they are all the same. Ok if you want a cheap place to stay for the night.

Was worried after some of the reviews of this hotel but I'm more than impressed with what it has to offer. Yes the hotel might need a little (and I mean a little) bit of tlc but there wasn't anything that would have made me run for the hills. The bed is comfy and the pillows soft. cot was in... More

Bed was comfortable but room very worn and very basic, rooms would benefit from a spruce up and deep clean. Internet although free is non-existant and my room was less than 20 yards from reception. Ground floor room faced onto main road and onto public bus stop so noise level would not suit anyone wishing for a peaceful stay. Great... More

We stayed at this hotel and whilst it was functional it is a budget hotel that is not as good as Travelodge or Premier Inn. Firstly the positives, we had a quiet room with no trafic noise and slept pretty well hence the three stars. However there are some pretty bad negatives. The guests who were staying the night before... More

Great value, sent a request direct to hotel, as we have 3 kids, prompt positive response from Yvonne in Res, offering a great B&b rate for 5 of us. Room was spacious and clean, some road noise. Great pool which the kids loved and breakfast, with friendly service this morning from Janet, had table overlooking Telford FC pitch. Perfect overnight... More
