Service Is good , excellent location near shops, heating in the rooms could be better, if you're not into sports best to avoid on game days gets busy , I didn't try the food so cannot comment , reception staff and manager were all polite and friendly and I look forward to meeting them all again! I would definitely recommend...

We have stayed here many times and as ever great staff and an excellent breakfast. While it remains quite comfortable it is looking quite worn now and is in need of a refurb to spruce it up.I'm hopeful this is planned as the location is very good indeed.

Stayed here and booked breakfast. Hotel typically premier inn, clean and in a great location. Staff were very nice and helpful and we were allowed to check in early too! Breakfast was great and Alison served us and she was extremely good and went out of her way to help. Will stay here again.

The thing that struck me the most about this hotel was the friendliness of the staff. They were really nice and so happy, nothing was too much trouble. It was also a jolly good breakfast that obviously hasn't been sitting in a hotplate for ages.

I've stayed here a couple of times and its pretty good. Its not the most up to date Prem Inn I've stayed at but its very handy for Horwich Parkway Station (100yds away) and the Bolton FC stadium, there's a Harvester on site which is OK. However, staff are all really ftiendly and helpful every time I've stayed, even when...

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night with my family. Our room was located on the ground floor & once we'd gone past the first set of rooms I noticed the floors were very creaky. Unfortunately this didn't stop when we got in our room - even the bathroom floor creaked! Unfortunately this meant that as soon as anyone got...

On arrival was greeted by very friendly staff. The room was to the usual Premier Inn high standards. It was warm, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The Premier Inn experience was made even better the following morning when we went down for breakfast and was greeted by Alison who was the most friendly, helpful and genuine host we...
