Lovely staff, great comfy beds and really nice breakfast, whole family loved it including the kids thank you so much we will be back having family in the area and my autistic 5yr old was really settled xxxxx

Working in the area so needed a night stop, was ok, staff helpful but hotel is a little tired, my rooms was on the front and has a busy road / roundabout outside so quite a bit of traffic noise, they don't do the meal...More

If your not looking to eat here then its perfect. Staff are all very friendly. Restaurant food is awful. For dinner I was served stale naan bread and stale bread for breakfast toast. the whole eating experience was crap

Hi Heaton Park (M25 2SW) is about 14.6 miles or a 30 min drive away. Our twin rooms consist of a double & single sofa bed but we only allow 2 adults (16+) per room. Darren
