We stayed here over night for our daughters 29th birthday lunch meet-up. We have stayed here on previous occasions, but WOW the service just gets better and better. We were most generously upgraded to a suite by Louis, Louis is amazing and totally values the guest experience. We are Diamond members and our experience at this hotel makes us realise what it really is we love about Hilton. The check in is easy on the App, but we were asked to go to reception. Nisha was extremely polite and courteous and advised that we were being upgraded by Louis to 4085. The suite was amazing, beautifully clean, huge really comfy bed, and the best pillows. The sort that you just lie your head on, smell lovely, and we didn’t wake until the alarm at seven the next morning. We met a lovely lady called Sam on the corridor who was doing evening room services when we arrived I asked her for extra milk as there is never enough in one of those little pots. Sam immediately provided us extra to our suite, just amazing service. A pleasant lady, courteous and professional. Hayden was our table assistant at breakfast, and it must be noted that he is extremely discreet and kept our table very tidy. We took cereal at breakfast and by the time we had returned to our table with our cooked breakfast the dirty dishes had been removed. The same thing happened between us getting croissants and toast. Hayden provided excellent service. We highly recommend this establishment for couples, families and the business user. Just an amazing weekend.

I have recently started working in Milton Keynes and over the last couple of months trying out several hotels, have come to the conclusion this is the best!

The staff are very good and will always look after you. The rooms are not too expensive (pro-tip, use the Hilton Honours app to get the best rates) and there are a remarkable amount of services available given the Covid-19 restrictions. It is the only hotel I have been to since August that has a full hot breakfast buffet, the gym is open, as are both restaurants (although the Red Dot Bar is closed).

The rooms are very comfortable with good amenities. If you use the app you can check in online and choose your room. If you don't fancy a very, very long walk, pick a room on the third or fourth floor near the lifts as the rooms go around the entire perimeter of the stadium. There is a good selection of restaurants adjacent if you want to eat out and a nearby IKEA if you suddenly remember you need another wardrobe.

One final note to add, when I was taken ill a couple of weeks ago with less than 24 hours notice before my stay, the staff amended my booking and chalked off a day from my stay with no fuss. In these odd times, that kind of service deserves a mention and means I will be coming back regularly going forward.

The hotel is easy to find in Milton Keynes and only a short drive from Bletchley Station. Close to local amenities. Car parking is free and we found it easy to park near the hotel during our stay. We waited a ridiculous time to check in, approximately 40 minutes, which is just not acceptable, especially as we had both travelled for hours up to that point. No amount of free cookies can make up for such poor service. It's not the fault of those on duty at the time, so we didn't complain, but management need to sort this out - we are not the first to comment on this in reviews. What welcomed us after that wait was a trek along a long corridor dragging our suitcases to our rooms. If you have any mobility issues or indeed, just don't want to spend ten minutes or more walking to your room, I would suggest asking for a room nearer to the reception/front of the hotel as it takes a while to walk around the stadium, as we found when trying to make our way to the Steakhouse from our room! Our standard double rooms were lovely and clean, spacious and had everything we needed such as iron, ironing board, hairdryer etc Bathrooms were clean. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel but there are several supermarkets and other places that do breakfast nearby for a lot less. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Watch out for the fire alarm test which was proceeded by an extremely loud announcement at about 8.30am on a Friday. Not a good way to be woken up!

We stayed here for our babymoon over the August bank holiday. There was parking although it does get pretty full and you may have to park in the overfill car park.

Checking in was quick and the lady even gave us warm delicious cookies. She initially said that there were rooms only on the other side which was quieter but after we asked if we could get a room closer to this side as I am pregnant and not able to walk so much she said she had one room left and it was right next to the pitchside bar so not too far to walk at all. That i was definitely grateful for as we walked to the marco pierre restaurant which was a very long walk to the other side of the hotel and I was definitely thankful i didnt have to do that everytime.

The room was sealed upon arrival so we knew it had been cleaned. It was nice and cosy and we had a kettle and tea making facilities. Lighting was a bit dim but livable. The bathroom was nice with toiletries provided. Although the bathroom floor was very cold and I would have expected a hotel of this calibre and price to atleast provide slippers and gowns. They do not clean your room unless requested so on our 2nd night we did ask for some more shower gel and milk pots. The lady on reception said the housekeeper was finished for the day but she gave us some shower gel and said she would ask the bar to provide us with a jug of milk. We collected the milk but when i used it the next day I realised it had gone off even though it had been in the fridge.

Breakfast was ok, due to covid I assumed the choice wasnt as big but they had a choice for veggies which was nice!

Overall everyone was really helpful and polite and I would definitely visit again. The whole complex was great with lots of shops and restaurants.

A modern hotel that wraps itself around the MK dons stadium. 2 onside restaurants, their own Pitchside or Marco Pierre White. Rooms are nice and clean with modern facilities. Well throughout design, silly stuff like the toilet flush is away from the toilet seat so you don't hv to move the seat in order to flush. Unlike other hotels. The bath/shower controls are in the middle of the bath so you can put the shower on without getting wet first. And finally a plug socket for a hairdryer with a mirror and light in the same location

This hotel is a little different as its built into the MK Dons stadium. There is one continuous corridor on each floor which runs around the pitch. The corridor on the fourth floor has a view of the pitch and some rooms are pitch facing. This does mean that some rooms can be a very long walk (all the way around the pitch) from reception.

Would be "excellent" but downgraded the review as this is one of those hotels that still uses small single use plastic bottles for shampoo and soap.

Stayed here for a weekend and had a great time. Check in was quick and each person gets a fresh hot cookie( walnut and chocolate) all individually wrapped and delicious. Receptionist very professional and friendly . All parts of the Hotel very clean and tidy . Our room on 4th floor was quite big ( standard twin room) with desk, sofa chair , big TV, cupboard, lots of lights , big bathroom with bath and shower on top, free toiletries ( shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and soap ) . Side table with kettle and coffee and plenty of tea ( green tea, camomile tea , decaf tea, breakfast tea ...) Also 2 bottles of water given. Air con and heating can be changed easily . Hotel has fantastic view of the football club , you can see the pitch from the hallway or from restaurant and breakfast room. Breakfast was fantastic with so much choice : fresh fruit ( individually wrapped ) or fresh fruit salad in pots, lots of yogurts, cereal ( in boxes ) , lots of pastries all wrapped as well , bagels, muffins, different types of breads , jars of jams, Nutella , peanut butter .. choices of cheese, meats ( salami, hams...) , Hot food with everything from English breakfast ...can't fault anything at all. Would definitely recommend and excellent value for money

What a fantastic bargain we got! I booked a deluxe king size room with pitch view and it was absolutely lovely.

The room was huge, the bed was comfy, there is a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Over the way there is an M&S food hall to stock up on bits.

The room was quiet and it was lovely to sit and take in the impressive view of the stadium.

We didn't get to eat in the restaurants, which is a shame as it looked nice. There were bar snacks available, but didn't fancy those. There is also a Marco Pierre White restaurant, but booking well in advance is highly recommended.

There are some restaurants outside (which are all chain type things like Nando, Franky & Benny). We had to settle for one of those which was a pity. We will know to book Marco Pierre White next time.

My only observation is that air conditioning is fantastic for cooling a room, but less great at heating it and I did find the room a little chilly and the duvet was rather thin. I'm sure if I'd asked reception they would have provided more layers. It was ok, but just could have been a couple of degrees warmer.

No complaints though, to get a deal like we got (£67 for one of the nicest hotel rooms I've stayed in) I think we did really well.

It was such a peaceful room that I enjoyed dozing in the morning and felt totally relaxed. I didn't want to leave!

Stayed here for 4 nights in a Kings corner room. Honestly had to walk the majority of the stadium to get to our room. If I wanted to do that much walking then I would have signed up for the marathon. The room was average, could do with some updating and we had marks on our bed that didn’t look very appealing. Bathroom was beautiful and the air conditioning was a god send. When we arrived we only had one small hand towel so we called reception to politely ask for two large towels and they explained that there was only two of them on duty and house keeping had gone home so for us to walk all that way if we wanted them. Come mornings I dreaded the long walk whilst feeling so hungry. Cookies are a nice little touch on arrival and all the staff seemed very friendly and accommodating

Stayed here for two nights and have to say they are certainly doing their best to keep us all safe - temperature checks on arrival, rooms sealed after cleaning and remotes for TV’s etc all sanitised. The only negative to this aspect is that there are a lot of guests walking through the corridors without wearing masks and I’m sure they can’t all be exempt. Due to the current eat out to help out initiative it was impossible to book a table locally ( and there are many choices opposite the hotel) so we ate in the bar the first night and again on the second as the food and service were superb! Special mention to the young man in the red mask who sorted out our drink drama :D Buffet breakfast was also very good, yes we had to queue for a few minutes but that is normal at the moment and good to have vegetarian options readily available on the hot buffet which they often aren’t. Centrally located it is an excellent choice for a stay in Milton Keynes but not the choice if you are looking for a peaceful out of the way stay! We would recommend and stay again. Thanks all five stars from us!
