Hotel's Favourite
I've stayed at Holiday Inn MK Central several times over the years and even hosted events there. This was a last minute overnight stay at a good value price. Our twin room was massive and included two sofa beds as well so plenty of space. We didn't set an alarm and were shocked to find we both slept beyond check out time! The beds were so comfy and the room so quiet and we must have needed the sleep! However, housekeeping and reception were very understanding about our late check out. Luckily we hadn't booked breakfast so can't comment on the food. But we enjoyed the gym, pool and steam room in the health club during our brief stay. Thank you to all the team for excellent service. The only negative point is the cost of parking at £11 for 24 hours, which seems a little expensive when we had two cars (as we were friends meeting in MK as halfway between our homes).

Responded 11 Sept 2023
Dear Maruba, Thank you very much for your review. I am delighted to read that you enjoyed your stay and all the amenities the hotel has to offer. I am also glad that you had a good rest, and it sounds like it was needed! We do try to keep our parking prices competitive within the local area, and I hope this does not deter you from staying with us again. Kind regards Catharine Operations Manager

We had a lovely nights stay - we were lucky to be selected as the holiday inns guests of the day so had a free upgrade and prosecco in our room! Staff were really friendly and everything was clean and in working order! Will definitely return if we visit for the same event again next year!

We have stayed at this hotel several times, but our recent stay topped all of them. Checked in late Friday evening, there was plenty of parking spaces despite being Good Friday. Check was quick and easy. Staff at the front desk were friendly and courtious. They acknowleged that we were repeat guests via IHG. Location of the hotel is great as all the central Milton Keynes attractions are nearby and within walking distance. The shopping centre is across the road and train station is about 20 mins walk. Upon arriving in our room, were suprised at how modern it was. We had stayed in the same room a year ago and back then it was tired and dated. It also had a small balcony. As it was our 10 year anniversary, we were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco and a card which was a beautiful touch. The room had a superking bed which was comfortable, pillows which were firm and soft so you could choose which one you want. There were tea and coffee making facilities with a fridge which had water etc. The bathroom was the best. Options for rainfall or handheld shower, complimentary Dove toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, body lotion and hand wash). Only suggestion would be for the handwash to be near the handwashing basin. Breakfast was lovely. Plenty of cereal options, and hot buffet was great. Overall it was a lovely stay and we will back soon for sure.

I’ve stayed a few times in Milton Keynes and this hotel is by far the best! Fantastic check in, room was spacious, clean and cosy, staff more than helpful. Breakfast was fabulous both mornings. Every member of staff we met where pleasant. Fantastic location to the shopping centre. I am a keen runner so managed a fantastic run to campbell park and willen lake. Willen lake is beautiful and not far from the hotel. We would definitely like to return to this hotel again in the future. So much to do, such a lovely clean hotel. Pool was lovely too.

It was our first time trying here. Bedana and Bow were very friendly and attentive. A nice relaxing dinner. The fillet steak was perfect. The pizza was a little hot for our taste, but otherwise a very pleasant evening. I would recommend this restaurant.

I stayed for 2 nights whilst away with work and could not fault the hotel cleanliness, room comfort or the amazing selection of food at breakfast. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Bed was so so comfortable. I loved that the hotel offered use of a pool and gym aswell. My only gripe is that my car was broken into overnight (not the hotels fault!) BUT when I went to reception upset and a bit shocked, I was met with the comment ‘yeah that happens sometimes’ and that was it. There was no ‘sorry’ or ‘are you ok?’. So I literally walked away and left. It completely changed my view on my whole experience at the Holiday Inn.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Hotel is lovely and clean. Rooms cleaned each day with fresh bedding and towels too. Great variety at breakfast whether you want English or continental. Never ate in the restaurant but used Uber eats most nights , delivered to the reception. All in all it was a good week. Will recommend this hotel and would come again

I had one of the new exec rooms. A 5 star room in a 4 star hotel. All the comforts your need away from home. If you like your creature comforts, you in for a treat. Plus a team who are very helpful and prompt to help you with anything you need. My personal favourite for Milton Keynes. Absolutely EXCELLENT.
