Secure complimentary car parking with a welcoming receptionist during all hours. Room had an amazing view over a canal with many barges. Great bathroom with power shower and bath. Bedding is of the standard you get in a luxury hotel. All told I was extremely satisfied with my weekend stay. Julia on the Front Desk was very helpful.

We were attending a concert at MK stadium. The hotel was close enough to walk and although we paid substantially more than the standard room rate it was in line with all the other accommodation providers excess charging due to demand of the event. Staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly and could not do more in offering assistance by providing maps to venue taxi numbers takeaway menus when we returned a bit wet from the concert. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. Yes a bit dated but that’s the building but the rooms looked as though they had recently been decorated and modernised without ripping everything out you can’t expect all fittings to be modern. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately for me the bed was a bit to soft same with pillows which resulted in me having backache but this is purely personal preference. I would have no hesitation booking again if in the area although would ask for a different room with firmer bed. The hotel was full with many guests attending the concert so I expected some noise with guests returning or getting up early however this was not the case it’s was really quiet and we were not disturbed at all. A great hotel with exceptional staff and I hope to have the opportunity to return and rate it 5 stars if I have a firmer mattress.

Can only echo other reviews. Lovely touches, microwave, fridge, plates, cutlery. Hotel happy for you to have takeaway in room. Good shower. Lovely view over marina. Had trip to Bletchley, good value hotel for stopover. Wouldn’t recommend Stonehouse pub next door for breakfast or evening meal.. We had evening meal at Ye Olde Swan.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely stay. The hotel was great, staff were friendly, room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, the bed was so comfy and the pillows were the best we have had in a hotel- we slept very well both nights. The restaurant next door was very good too, staff again were very friendly, food was nice and budget friendly. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area, and we will definitely be returning. Location was relaxing by the cannal and there was plenty of parking. Fab hotel all round!

I stayed at the Peartree lodge with my girlfriend on a night which involved a incident that was recently put on here involved a couple being extremely rude, loud and aggressive towards staff and manager just doing their job in making everyone’s stay welcoming and comfortable with good service all round. The couple were trying to intimidate and scare the manager who’s only 4ft tall. This was all over a matter of the staff doing their job and finding out the culprit or culprits who they were trying to find who were illegally smoking weed in their room and making all the other guests night hell by being loud, aggressive and stinking the hotel out with weed.Yes the couple claim it wasn’t them but they have to realise the staff have a great duty of care to follow this up.After looking out and hearing out my window that is onto the carpark all I could hear was how loud, aggressive and intimidating they were, especially the man who all he done was claim that the hotel were racist.Which begs to believe really when I stay here often and I know the manager has friends and even family from different religions and cultures so that was a ridiculous claim in which this world i am afraid will always be used and said in any troublesome situations. It is a superb place to stay but as usual some peoples stay gets spoilt by others.I feel for the staff as my stay and my partners and everyone else’s experiences here as top notch and they could not help more and be more providing as they do it all and it’s very well managed.Hope the guy in question can stop writing essays as its just people doing what they are paid to do.But him being the aggressor and wanting the final say I’m sure he won’t leave it there as being controlling and loud it seems it’s all he’s good it.Not a nice man but a lovely hotel

I was so lucky to get a room with an hour notice at this great hotel. Travelling with students has it´s ups and downs and this time I got left behind with one of my students. We had to suddenly stay an extra night in a foreign country. It was our luck to end up at Peartree Lodge Waterside. Where the staff and management was a great help to us and sorted out all of our needs. Special thanks to Daniel who did way more than is to be expected. Also the manager of the hotel. Huge thanks to you guys. After all this, we had a great night sleep in really nice place. Where everything is clean and well thought out. Everyone we met were very nice to us and helpful. You all made our stay very pleasant in an unfortunate situation. Thank you so much for everything.

A gem of a hotel that completely surprised us bearing in mind the room rate was very reasonable. The location is idyllic and we were allovated room 217 with a stunning view overlooking the marina. Parking was easy, check in friendly and professional, and our room was spotlessly clean and extremely quiet. We opted to not eat in the adjacent carvery, but instead took a short walk, and found a delightful pub. We wished we had booked 2 nights as we were tempted to hire a day boat. We shall most definitely return.
