Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My 5th stay here in past few years been a good base for my company. The rooms are all you could ask for clean tidy And if anything is needed just ask reception or the housekeepers. Its never to much for them Restuarant team as always 5* Kelly Ricky Richards Service is great Big shout out to Kelly there is never anything to much to ask of her always seems to be doing 10 jobs at once but never does enough. She deserves big praise The reception team was always helpful fast easy check in. One thing i would point out tho, they really need to tone down the language coming from the office f this f that coming from the evening guys Is not very much appreciated. Specailly when they are slagging (Kelly)and customers off behind the scenes is out of order may aswell shout it in reception with how loud it was .. Other then that a great stay will stay here again

The hotel is in a fantastic location and there is free parking available next door. Hulya was fantastic on reception she really went above and beyond to help us. The hotel is a great location for nearby bars and is also ideally located for a short train trip into London.

Breakfast was delightful. Kelly and Richard were excellent hosts at service. Friendly and helpful. It made up for a really rubbish sleep as the pillows were so uncomfortable. Luckily Kelly has won me round, so it's five stars. She is a asset to the hotel.

For the great price I paid, I was really satisfied with this Travelodge. Easy location, we even got parking. A bath would help towards a 5*. Also, better room prep to make sure soap dispenser at sink is filled. Pretty good breakfast (fried/poached eggs would top it off!). Richards and Kelly serving breakfast were friendly with a good sense of humour, great pancakes made to order.

Lovely dinner and great service by Kelly and Ting! It was lovely and quiet and relaxed in the bar, with a nice view of the square. Good value too. Breakfast was good and great value. Kelly worked so hard as it was busy, but always with a smile and couldn't do enough to help people.

Stayed at travelodge at the hub MK and we paid a great price. The room and facilities were all we needed in a family room. No thrills but got comfy beds, clean room and no noise inside or outside. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy and great that kids eat free. If I'm staying in Milton Keynes again I would definitely stay here again

Kelly in the restaurant was amazing couldn't be more helpful when she single handedly served 7 meals, puddings and drinks for us all 10/10 Acessiblity is a problem with the rooms up a few levels and only one very slow lift that can barely fit one wheelchair user
