Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Friendly staff and just what I expected from a Travelodge. Food was lovely. Breakfast had lots of choice, worth the money.

I booked an adapted romm having limited mobility due to a stroke. The hotel met all my requirements for a successful break in an otherwise long car journey. Definitely recommended. Nearby Brewer's Fare provideda greater choice of meals.

We arrived at 4ish on Sunday 7th April and was met by a very pleasant and helpful member of staff named Teresa. We had a twin room that was clean, plenty of extra pillows and a nice quiet room. We had the unlimited breakfast. A very good selection of breakfast items.

Firstly - GREAT NIGHTS SLEEP! Bed was comfy++, room temp adaptable. No surrounding noise and although close to motorway, windows seal out any noise. Directions to the place were good and easy to find. Reception was warm and friendly although could of done with an additional staff member at breakfast. Lots of issues, all which were solved but based around them needing an extra pair of hands. Would definitely stay again as great value for the money paid.

Having stayed here before I thought I should stay again as last stay was fine , but this time was awful , firstly the car park was such a mess rubbish everywhere , upon check in was greeted by a lady who was only interested in looking at her phone , evening meal was shocking and under cooked and breakfast was also very bad , had to wait for bacon and sausages , the scrambled egg was awful and my room was not hoovered and no shower jell , only one person on shift and no one seems to care when I complained
