Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very pleasant venue with well appointed rooms. The spa was good but a little limited on the size of the hot tub sauna and steam room but these were minor issues. Everything was clean. WE stayed for 3 nights with a dinner bed and breakfast deal, the food was very good, if there was anything to pick up on it was the temperature that the food came out, my wife had a steak that did need returning due to being cool, the following day I then had a steak and requested specifically that it was hot, it was only just acceptably hot. I am being very picky with this and it was not a show stopper and we would return again. Good location for the Tewksbury area and the Cotswolds although its a bit of a drive into the main Cotswolds. The hotel staff were great, very helpful and professional.

Hotel's Favourite
I have just returned from this stunning hotel and I already can’t wait to go back!!! Where to start? The place is immaculate. The decor is exquisite. The staff are so friendly, professional and all so smartly dressed. The atmosphere is the most relaxing I’ve ever experienced in a large hotel. Everything appears to run smoothly and the staff make everything appear effortless. The views and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. It was such a treat to sit in the lounge area looking over the hills with a glass of wine. The food is extremely good quality and cooked to perfection, enjoyed in a fabulous, airy, classy restaurant. Both the evening meal and breakfast was 5* standard. The bedrooms are so tastefully decorated and incredibly comfortable beds. Our room had a lovely view over the golf course out towards the hills. I stay in a lot of hotels all over the U.K both for business and pleasure and I honestly can say this is by far my favourite. Thank you for 24 hours of bliss.

We booked fairly last minute, online through the website. That was very straightforward, and easy. Registered online, again, one of the easiest I have used, and were welcomed by an excellent receptionist, and directed to our 'Just Right' room. This was lovely, with a fabulous view across the golf course to Tewkesbury. the autumnal colours made it feel even better, and we could see the abbey in the distance. We had supper there, in the piano lounge, which was hot and good, and really enjoyed our evening. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and I am happy to plan to stay there again.

We had a really nice time at Tewkesbury Park Hotel. Lovely setting, nice spa and treatments, smart, well equipped rooms with excellent views, the food and service was excellent and enjoyed relaxing in the super comfortable bar area. Will hopefully be coming back to play the golf course.

My wife and I attended a murder mystery evening. It was our first. The event was great fun. The hotel was fantastic. Staff were friendly. Our room was great with an ultra comfortable bed. But what was really brilliant was the food. There were around 100 people at the event and the food that was efficiently served was absolutely delicious. Buffet style breakfast the next morning was also superb. Fantastic experience all around.

What a fantastic place to stay. From start to finish, Tewksbury Park ticked every box. The room was immaculate with an amazing view. We ate in the restaurant in the evening. The food was first class. The staff were attentive and professional. The buffet breakfast had everything you could wish for, from smoothies to full English. We only stayed for one night, but wish we could have afforded to stay for more. Hopefully we will return. 🤞

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for three nights, we stayed in room 104 it was a comfortable room with a small patio, this gave us the option to sit outside as the weather was good. The hotel has a good management structure that makes sure that guests are happy. This is shows in the rest of the staff as they are very polite and also friendly nothing is to much trouble, and deliverd with a smile. We had dinner in the restaurant on one evening and had breakfast every morning, the food is good and the service is attentive and friendly. We will definitely be retuning and would recommend this hotel.

We have stayed in some lovely hotels and this is one of them. Lovely room and out look to the golf course. Not the biggest room but everything really nice, patio area for nice weather and a bottle of preseco on ice. The whole hotel was lovely. The front of house lady in the restaurant was very pleasant and efficient and excellent at her job, some of the other young staff are not trained and kept making errors. The lunch staff are mature, pleasant and efficient , this hotel should keep the dedicated and efficient mature staff, without them the experience will go down hill. The menu in the restaurant has a curry theme throughout, not to everyone’s taste and limits choice. Had a facial which was very nice. The golf course was in nice condition and the pro was very accommodating. We loved and really enjoyed our 3 days.
