Great hotel with good facilities. Leisure area was quite crowded initially but did quieten down. (it was a bank holiday..) Rooms were clean and modern, breakfast was of good quality... would stay again. Cant comment on the restaurant as we were unable to eat there

The hotel stay itself was fine. My only issue was that the tap in the bathroom for the shower was really really stiff. My partner who is an electrician even had difficulty turning this. So, it needs to be checked out by hotel. It's room 112.

My wife and I stayed at the Solihull Village Hotel for two nights over New Year 2016/17. Whilst the hotel room on the third floor was both spacious and reasonably priced considering it was a Bank Holiday weekend we did have a few minor issues with out stay. Biggest concern was that the whilst the hotel has four floors and...

Arrived 30 minutes after early check in time and had checked in on the App. Unfortunately housekeeping hadn't managed to get a room ready. Reception informed me I should not have checkin using the app as there were no rooms ready and it was inconvenient that they would now have to book it back on the system. Eventually got a...

Absolutely clueless from start to finish. Rooms great but everything else is just a joke. Especially if you are going to an event. We booked online to find that if you just turn up on the night that it's half the price and we purchased drinks online and they was also cheaper on the night. Absolutely disgusting when you think...

Hotel was not prepared on arrival. We arrived at 8pm, which was ample time for the staff to prepare our room from a double to twin. This is a major problem in this hotel, the double and twin rooms are exactly the same room except the bed is split in half to make it a twin. The other problem is...

Very noisy at night, guests coming and going at all hours, doors banging, guests in the passageways with no consideration for others. Good size pool for a hotel probably better than most. Shame about the noise as the hotel is in an ideal place for my needs.

Well a lot of Mardi and not much Grais. Band were brilliant, food average. Room not decorated as expected and the table decoration removed at 11.00. Guests arriving as per emailed timetable only to be sent away to drink in the bar by rude door staff. Even though we booked early our hotel rooms not ready and extra beds made...
