We stayed in Ramada in Solihull, Birmingham in May 2017. Jess was on reception and was so very helpful, she found us the perfect room with a bath, checked us in, with no problem at all. The room was very clean and had a kettle tea coffee etc and a small fridge, there was also a trouser press, they have...

Stayed in this hotel for one night for a 2 day conference May24/25. The twin room I was provided was comfortable and well furnished. The bathroom was very nice with a walk in rain shower. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the food excellent. Plenty of parking too.

Stayed over night for a conference on May 24/25. This is a well located hotel, with well equipped rooms, located within 15 minutes walk of Solihull train station. What really stands out are the well trained and friendly staff. Liz the manager is a passionately committed to the hotel and it shows. The food was good quality, and the outside...

I stayed here whilst I was on a training course nearby and whilst the room needed refurbishing the evening meals and friendliness of the staff were excellent. Liz who works in the George restaurant was so attentive and friendly, I wish all waiters / waitresses could be like her. I probably had the best gammon steak and chips ever on...

Stayed here a few weeks ago for BodyPower 2017 Expo at the NEC. The room was really clean and had everything we needed. The ironing board looked absolutely disgusting as was heavily stained, could do with replacing the cover on this! But everything else in the room was as expected. Location was fine, easy to get to from Leeds and...

We had a friendly greeting as reception. Shown to our requested ground floor room. Accommodation was of good size. Nice and clean although a little short on complimentary issues. One tea bag. One packet of biscuits. One towel, which was rectified when requested. Comfortable bed, good nights sleep. Excellent buffet style breakfast. Well presented. Nicely cooked. Our companions request for...

I stayed here for one night while on business in Birmingham. If you need a point of reference, it's roughly a 20 minute drive to Blythe Valley Business Park. Even though it's right in Solihull town it's pretty quiet. There seem to be many places to eat and drink within very easy reach. And even if you don't fancy that,...

Whilst we are still refurbishing rooms within the hotel, a large section have already been completed. In order to guarantee a refurbished room this can be done at reception, or when booking for a surcharge of £15, rooms are otherwise allocated depending on occupancy! Kind Regards

Two slices of value white bread, lettuce, frozen prawns and a dod of mayo does not make a prawn cocktail. Stayed with several colleagues - all disappointed with dinner which was from limited menu and took 2 1/2 hrs. A couple of staff were very helpful - the rest disinterested at best. Decore - fittings and facilities vary wildly from...

Whilst other members in your group have complimented us on the food and service we appreciate not everyone has the same taste.
