We broke down on our way for our stay we had to be towed home I phoned them to let them know we have no car and can’t make it to our holiday which I have saved up for months, it cost £495 I’m a carer for our disabled son and love to make memories with him hence wanting to stay in a dome as it’s something new to try anyway the lady I spoke to wasn’t interested at all didn’t give a discretionary refund/partial refund or even offer a change of day. She was not bothered in the slightest i sent an email the following day explaining everything that we need to buy a new car etc and they haven’t replied. Whole experience has been upsetting and traumatic being stranded on the motor way with 2 children and losing £495 its safe to say i will not be booking with Ream Hills holiday park again. No customer service, care or empathy what so ever!…

We were supposed to be there this weekend (27th-30th). We broke down on the motorway and contacted ream hills. There was no compassion or understanding. We asked about a refund which they don't offer. I understand businesses can't afford to lose money however neither can families especially with the cost of everything nowadays. We saved for weeks to go away and now we're £500 down and need to find money for a new car. I think it's disgusting that a refund can't be sorted and the customer service we received was disgusting. The woman on the phone couldn't even offer alternative dates or even a partial refund. We're understandably devastated but the response from ream hills has made us feel even worse.

Just back from a 2 night stay. We stayed in the pod that slept 6. On arrival the lady at reception was very welcomeing and explained everything we needed to know. Our pod was lovely and clean, everything worked well. Beds were extremely comfy, I really like how the beds all had waterproof covering and the kids loved the bunk beds. Plenty of space for all 6 of us. The toilets across from our pod was perfect. They gave you your own individual toilet and shower room where you can go in and lock the door again all was working and nice and clean. We had no fault at all staying here and we can't wait to return. Another bonus underfloor heating so we were all lovely and warm.

The lodge was beautiful. So clean and quiet. It was a home away from home. The park was peaceful and quiet. We loved the hot tub. The views are unreal. We can’t wait to come back. The lodge had a bath and shower which was useful for travelling with a toddler. It’s a very short drive to the lovely Stanley Park and the zoo. Shops/Starbucks/amenities are a 5 minute drive. You have a the privacy and tranquility of the country, and all the amenities of the town. My little boy loved feeding the ducks and geese. A perfect stay.

Firstly the location and the lodge where lovely and the staff where lovely and they tried to resolve the problem but wasn’t great. When you first arrived we done what every holidaymaker dose unpacked and started to get settled, we noticed that the bedrooms have sweetie papers and empty bottles in the bedside table drawers and stuck down the side of the beds, the bathroom was disgusting still had poo in the toilet bowl and the dust in the bathroom fans was think, didn’t have chopping board or bin liners ect plus a few other things. As it was last we just picked up the loose rubbish but in tue morning we did bring it up with staff, they where lovely and looked at ways to fix it. Later on that day they offered to come in when we were not in and clean those areas which we accepted and did offer to move us lodge but thinking that this was the only issue and that we had unpacked we thought we will stay where we are. Staff come next day and give the toilet a clean and the hallway. We started to have other issues and decided it not to let us spoil our holiday, and the day when we where packing up to go home what we notice really alarmed us when taken our clothes from the wardrobe there is an upper shelf which is hard to reach, there was used underwear and slippers left there from before we checked in. Again we did raise it and have lodged a complaint which is in process and It wouldn’t be fair to go into detail on that for the holiday park as it was a great location. As I mentioned great locations, great lodge and lovely staff but what let it down was their outside contracted cleaning company who have let them down and it ultimately affected the parks rating which is a shame. I have showing some pictures of the property and area as these cleaning issues don’t need to be showcased ti the world the park have them that’s enough.…

Ream Hills Holiday Park is a very well organised, clean and professional site. We have just spent Christmas and New Year in one of the Geodesic Domes and we have enjoyed every minute of our stay. Top quality, clean & well presented accommodation, professional and friendly staff. Location was ideal for our day trips. Thank You Ream Hill Staff!! We are so pleased with our stay that we are booking again for Easter & Next Christmas & New Year.

Please please please do not stay here! On checking in the downstairs loo was covered in poo! Only for someone to come and clean it and state one of us must have have done that on arrival when I was the first one in and inspected the whole house! Taps weren’t working, dishwasher was so old and filthy with burning smell, heating didn’t work in certain parts of the house! Like most stories park manager Katie was very rude! Kept all of our deposit, granted we had left some dishes around the sink, and a few marks on the table but we were accused of breaking a lamp which we didn’t she sent me 47 pictures of a mug left on a table, a chair propping open a door a towel in the bathroom it was ridiculous! I even explained with all the minor faults with the property we had a nice stay and her attitude and reasons for keeping the full deposit were not justified but she was having none of it! I explained this trip was special as my father was terminal and actually passed away 2 weeks after the trip but no she didn’t care kept the deposit! Never in my 42 years have I come across someone so uncaring and so unreasonable was like talking to a brick wall! And from reading other reviews makes it common practice to keep deposits!…

We are just back from a great 4 night stay at the stunning Ream hills holiday park! Would highly recommend as staff are very friendly and welcoming plus the park itself is in a fantastic location with stunning lodges! The stayed at the park stone lodge 2 which was beautiful. The lodge was clean and tidy on arrival and the views from the lodge are stunning. The hot tub was a great addition and was also always clean when we used it at night, the only thing I would say could maybe be looked at is the pre-heated tub which usually would always be a necessity but the first couple of days the weather was over 30 degrees so the hot tub was far too hot to use, we did wish there was a way we could turn the temperature off but we were advised by management to leave the lid off during the day and run the jets so it was a cooler temperature at night which did help and we were able to go in at night and during the day once the weather had cooled down. The park is in a beautiful peaceful location, just a short drive from all the fun in Blackpool and also very close to supermarkets and food shops. On site there is a childrens swing park, cafe, bar and water sports so still things to keep you busy if you don’t fancy leaving the park. Overall we had a brilliant stay and hopefully will be able to come back soon 🥰…

My family have been coming here for many years, we have spent thousands of pounds here with Ream Hill and always loved the place. However after our last visit in January we wont be coming back again, we were accused of causing damage to one of the lodges, it was the work surface by the oven which obviously had some wear and tear but luckily for us we took pictures of all the faults/damages on our arrival, although we have never done this before we had read several reviews about people being charged for things that they had denied doing so when we saw the damages we just took plenty of pictures, also one of the group had stayed in the exact same lodge in August last year and had a video of the damage still on his phone,so just be careful and take plenty of pictures on your arrival of anything that is damaged. Other than that we have loved this place. Such a shame that things seem to have changed an awful lot.…
