Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely, well run site with a very high standard of accommodation. I was very pleased with my stay, the site is run so well. The cabins are very new, clean and furnished like a home from home. The Wi-Fi and boiler system in the vans ran smoothly. It was great value for money and I can’t wait to come back already.

We stayed in the wheelchair accessible caravan for a mon-fri break. I wanted to be away from Blackpool but within easy reach for the lights etc and this park is perfectly placed. It's minutes from the A55 and there are local amenities even closer. The caravan was spotless and trust me, I'm fussy. The tea/coffee/milk etc were a nice touch on arrival. The park is mainly owners and all those I met were lovely. Many of them have dogs but this wasn't a problem in the least, I maybe heard a dog bark twice all week. The only thing to be aware of, (and it's not a criticism) is if you have a WAV and are staying in the accessible caravan the space might be a little tight BUT the neighbours are amazing and shuffled their cars to help. It might be worth letting them know when you book if this is the case. If we holiday in the area again I will definitely be booking here and highly recommend the park

This says it all, been a returning customer for some 4 years. Mowbreck Park is the place to be to experience a tranquil, relaxing, warm and friendly staycation or forever home. Located at the junction of Saint Josephs Catholic church and then along the country lane. To me Mowbreck Park just feels like a proper home from home. Everything is provided for, apart from supplying your own bath towels and soap! Wifi access is excellent should you find yourself having to Work From Home WFH! Your four legged friends would also enjoy a Mowbreck Park staycation. Close by are local amenities such as Aldi, Morrison’s, Costa Coffee, Greggs, SPAR, petrol and much more. And why not try Dawson’s Chippy for local fish and chips or pick your own fresh eggs from Mowbreck Hall Farm. Take in the public footpath from Mowbreck Park to Morrisons cark park. Mowbreck Park is located within easy reach of the towns of Lytham St Annes, Blackpool or Cleveleys. The AFC Flyde stadium is close by. For local entertainment I can recommend "The Kirkham Conservative Club". Macs Taxis, one way £6 taxi fare. Sadly "The Willows" has now closed. To travel into Blackpool, take a taxi to Wesham train station and then a train into Blackpool.
