We came here after playing golf at nearby Lancaster Golf Club which unfortunately stopped serving food at 5pm. It was a pleasant surprise. Clean and bright inside, a wide range of cask ales, excellent service. We also enjoyed the best fish and chips we've had in a long time, a large chunky haddock fillet in a light thin beer batter...

I ordered mushroom soup of the day, which was nice, wife had pate which was also good. the mains however were pretty bland. I ordered the pepper chicken, which was pretty much the same as...

Visited for Mothers Day meal. Excellent food, varied menu for a full meal or a snack, very pleasant staff and a stunning historical inn with original architecture in a beautiful location for walking on the flat towards along the coastal path towards Lancaster or the canal towards Galgate. The staff and the food make it 5 star...a great place..Thank you.

What a great find this pub was. We've never seen a piece if fish so big you have to have a hearty appetite if eating here. Staff were lovely and friendly, the food was plentiful and excellent and the price for or meal was amazing value. Will definitely re visit when we are in the area.

Just round the corner from the lovely cafe de lune. Dog friendly, which was a big bonus for us, and really kid friendly too. Beautiful spring flowers in baskets and lovely garden area...

It is over 18 months since we last visited the Stork as we are not local and were a little disappointed to find it now under new management with a different menu. We liked coming here when in the area as the menu was different from your average pub with South African dishes and an emphasis on good quality local...

Went for a walk with the family and stumbled across this place. Went in and was lovely clean and welcoming. Menu had a lot of choice. Hubby settled for the cheese and onion pie and myself a jacket potato with prawns. The kids wanted pasta but no pasta on the kids menu. However the lovely waitress said the chef would...

Just on the outskirts of Lancaster on the way to Glasson this pub offers good pub food and a good pint. The seafood platter and ham hock was very good and were washed down with Tomothy Taylor Landlord, perfect

We called in here for Sunday Lunch. It was not our first choice as we had gone out with somewhere else in mind but it was closed. We were very pleasantly surprised. We ordered fish and chips as our main course and got the largest pieces of fish I have seen. Beautifully cooked and presented. The staff were very friendly...
