Many places have been visited in our quest to find a great sunday eatery, removing our selves the hassle of having to cook it. And this ! surprisingly on our door step we have missed for too long. The food is just perfect. Very well cooked and because of this the queues may be sometime get quite long but don't...

By chance we saw a large notice board advertising the lunch and stopped off. What a great decision, this has got to be one of the best Sunday lunches I have had in many a year. The staff were welcoming, the food was fantastic, with a choice of Beef, Turkey and Pork. The portions were huge, with the "home made"...

The Sunday dinner here has to be the best one around! There are plenty of meats to choose from and the vegetables are gorgeous. You help yourself to your own vegetables and potatoes too. It's affordable and a friendly place! I seriously recommend that you go here!

The room was ok, however was on the second floor. (38 steps to climb). So if visiting and not steady on their...

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was top drawer. All the staff and customers were very friendly and it was a pleasure to...

Myself and 3 other family members booked to stay one night on 25th June. We had asked the manager if it would be ok for us to arrive around 11 a.m. in order to change for our lunchtime family celebration in Doncaster. On arrival, after much knocking and ringing the bell, the door was finally opened. No-one was aware that...

We visited the Wheatley Hotel for a meal as a family group one evening, and I have to admit it was a little disappointing. Knowing that we were going we looked online for their menu, which looked quite good - new menus advertised, and a pie specialist. We arrived (12 of us) were seated and presented with a menu that...

If you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night, especially if you are put on the 1st floor expect noise until at least midnight form the entertainment downstairs. The hotel has a well stocked bar and the drinks are reasonable for this type of establishment. The room we stayed in had a double bed and a single in it,...
