I was recently up in Manchester for an exam and needed a quiet place to study/prep but also with a great central location (within walking distance of universities/city centre). This place was perfect. If you are looking for a short stay in Manchester (3 nights+) but want the flexibility to cook/relax/do your own thing, I strongly recommend you book here. A few key points about the apartment are detailed below for those who are interested . Location: Easy to travel by both train and car (I went by car and directions provided were very easy to follow). The apartment itself is actually close to a train line, however there is very little noise (only noticeable if the door to the balcony is open) making it a very relaxing apartment. The apartment: Lovely. Clean, tidy, with everything you need. Exactly matched the pictures shown on the website (as of December 2018). Comes with all facilities you need, cannot fault in any way. Price/Booking: Amazing value for money, highly comparable to standard hotels in the city centre (based on price per night) but with the added benefit of the freedom of an entire apartment compared to just a bedroom. Only catch is the 3 night minimum stay, but if your looking for a long weekend it's perfect. Booking process was straight forward. Communications: The process itself is so simple and apartment details sent after booking are so clear that you don't actually need to talk to anyone. However, if there is anything that does concern you, you can simply email them on their website. I had a minor issue with car parking, but they got back to me straight away, and everything was sorted by the end of the day- they were really polite and helpful.…

What a gem this place is. We stayed for a weekend break. Fantastic communication throughout, spotlessly clean, and so central to everything This apartment is very modern with lovely extras, such as tea and coffee, fluufy white towels and a very comfy mattress. We were so impressed with everything Thank you! Cant wait to come back

This is a very nicely furnished and equipped apartment near to Deansgate station. Despite this very quiet. Worth requesting a parking spot as very good value and on site. Owners helpful and whole process efficient. Just walk 100m to be at Tram, mainline and bus stops. Free Metroshuffle bus (no 2) for a ride around city centre to get your bearings. City centre is very walkable though. Highlights for Manchester Museum (at university) Manchester Art gallery and hidden gem of Police Museum (limited opening days). Best of all Atlas Bar for 300+ gins within 3 minutes of front door plus nearby Knott bar extensive beer choice with very simple but nice pizza.

This was the most relaxing place to stay, the apartment was amazing, very modern and clean, furnished to a high standard, I usually stay in a hotel, however I will be definitely happy to use this company again. I highly recommend this company, booking was easy and the information provided was very easy to follow. The location was great for access to city centre

Everything stated on the website about the apartment was factual. The apartment was clean and in a very secure building. Very short walk to Deansgate rail station so getting around town was very easy.

Booked this apartment for 3 nights - still sat here on the balcony, drinking coffee as I am typing! In a great location by Deansgate and Whitworth Street West so very accessible for everything. Took around 10 minutes to walk into the gay village and with access to the canal path, that made for a great walk. The apartment is spotless, very comfortable and had everything you would need for a trip away. Home from home for sure. It has a lovely balcony which has been fab especially in this nice weather and it has the sun all day. Very secure building. The owner, Andy, has maintained great contact with any queries - thank you. The only thing to watch for is when booking this, it does have a great car park but I didn't see the link to book this option so it is there. It is very cheap to park as opposed to using a city car park and it has easy access from the car park. I will definitely be returning to the place.…

Very well organised to get key etc. The apartment has all the necessary items in the kitchen. Very clean, well maintained. Location is great good access to metro link and train. Will definitely go back.

We stay here for a few days when we were emigrating out of the uk. Really nice experience, helpful people. Really easy key system setup. The apartment is a standard sized Manchester apartment good for a single person or couple. Clean, well looked after. There is some obvious city centre noise but the must be expected. I loved the fact that the owner had put some manc videos/documentaries in the apartment that we watch. Nice touch

Very nice apartment in a good location. directions and access arrangements very good. the balcony was a real boon given the mini heatwave when we were there!! all the facilities and amenities as expected. highly recommended.

Stayed here for three nights, and I can't recommend it highly enough. It's in a great location with lots of great places to eat and bars nearby. The apartment is nicely presented throughout, and the communication with the hosts was excellent. The shower was very good, and the building felt very secure and safe. The addition of the balcony was great if you are a smoker like me.
