Had a issue with room tv not working and asif sorted it and put us in another room, couldn’t do enough to help a real credit to your company 👍 will stay again because of the customer service. Nice location and plenty to do near by and decent hotel. Nice and quiet to sleep

Hotel is in a Fantastic location, 5 / 10 mins to the Arndale shopping centre. Clean room even though it was very small. All the staff we met were very friendly & very helpful. Keirin went above & beyond for us when we enquired about a local tour & trams.

Small rooms but quite well designed. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Good location for visiting Northern Quarter. Could do with an illuminated sign for night arrivals. Worst thing was the ghastly toilet paper; one step up from sandpaper. Take your own!

We had aower ground room, which was very compact. No T&coffee or glasses for water. You can go up the the reception and get water and buy hot drinks. Room was quiet and dark which was nice. Only 1 pillow each which was annoying. Shower fine with shower gel etc. No hairdryer. Bag luggage is a cost but if you put a review on its free. 5mins walk to one of Christmas markets and 8 mins walk from picadilly. For the cost of £140.00 is would have been worth looking at others and paying a little more. But as last resort it's fine. Bus 192 takes you to 02 Apollo

I’ve based this review purely on those staying here on business. The hotel is clean, and reasonably located - they are unfortunately the only positive attributes. I understand this is a budget hotel, so my expectations are realistic, thinking ibis/Travelodge/PI - but they generally edge this place in my opinion . There is nothing on the floor of the room other than a bed. No chair, no tiny table, no bin, nothing to put your bags on, nothing. Two built in hangers and a small tv on the wall. No where to work - except the bed - where I think it’s possible one of the oldest trades around does get done! The bathroom is tiny with only an open top bin. So if you have to dispose of anything remotely smelly - it’s gonna smell! Not the hotels fault per sé but I heard loud sex (good for them!) from another room at around 2:30am - sound travels and I think they explain this looking at other reviews on the building been listed - thankfully they have earplugs if you don’t have your own; though not great that you genuinely need them unless you sleep like the dead! Was pushed for time in the morning, but if I had been asked for feedback by the staff (who are mostly pleasant by the way) I would have given it, but was only asked for my room number, so went on with my day. CAVEAT - if you want NOTHING other than to get your head down in a clean basic central hotel and you can grab a decent price go for it! And on that basis I would have rated it 3 stars. If you want to work, relax in the room, have to pay a high rate, aren’t travelling light or are a light sleeper maybe consider another budget brand. If you’re after luxury then I’m not sure why you would be looking here in the first place - as to their credit they don’t profess to be anything other than budget - but in my opinion their competitors do it better at a similar price.…

Dear Meander, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback from your recent stay with us. We are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations during your recent visit. Our promise to our guests is to make ‘the city theirs’, by offering a low-price, low-carbon and super-easy hotel they can use as the perfect gateway to explore the city; an affordable hotel for the money-conscious or simply those who would rather splurge on attractions and events in the city than on their hotel. We hope we have the opportunity of welcoming you back with us in the future so we can provide you with a more satisfactory stay. Kind Regards easyHotel Manchester

Absolute nightmare to book and mange bookings. Also impossible to contact them. There is only a request form via their faulty website. Still waiting for my refund after months without any response. I will avoid them like the plague in the future. For now I am £200 short.

Great place to stay, we come regularly for football and it couldn't be more perfect. Right close to train station and near to the trams to get to Old Trafford too. Staff always give us amazing tips on where to go for lunch / dinner / brekkie and can't do enough to help us. Will always choose easy and recommend to others.
