Went for a long weekend for a wedding during some major restrictions because of COVID. The staff were very friendly and helpful although could have been a little better on directions when we were lost close by and phoned. Safety seemed a priority with good signage. Room was very comfortable with all we needed. I think for others I would like to have seen that the bed is up against the wall on one side as this could be difficult for people who are less mobile, however the bed itself was very comfortable. A really nice stay and very convenient for the centre of the city.

Stayed here for my partners birthday we had a dezign suite room absolutely loved it soon as I walked in also liked the idea of the staircase that lead you up to the living area the room was cosy with great decor, bed is comfy no problems and liked the bathroom especially the bath and underfloor heating. Had balloons put in the room as well which was a nice touch. We have stayed in here a few times now and this room is our favourite one so far and great service as always from the staff. Will be back again in the new year.

I booked this room after doing lots of research about beautiful rooms and suites in Manchester City centre and I chose this one The location is brilliant the room is beautiful if not one or two things in my opinion are missing For a suite I’d expect a coffee Machine not just a kettle with tea and coffee supplies Cushions and a blanket on the sofa upstairs, maybe these are absent due to coronavirus I’m not sure but in my opinion I would’ve liked them along with a footstool just makes the place feel a little more homely The aparthotel us stunning very clean and I’m very happy to be here

Spent to 2 nights here and location was fabulous. Right opposite the Arndale Shopping centre and next to football museum. We had the small neo room, but it has everything you need for a short break. Discounted very secure parking just 5 mins walk away. Also this place was absolutely spotless. Definitely recommend to anyone 😊
