Roomzzz Aparthotel Manchester Victoria receives accolades for its friendly staff and modern atmosphere, where the stylish and comfortable accommodations come with kitchen facilities that many find convenient. Situated in a prime spot in Manchester, it offers guests easy access to the city's attractions. However, while the rooms are typically clean and spacious, some guests have flagged inconsistencies in room readiness and cleanliness. The value proposition has garnered mixed reviews due to varied experiences with breakfast and room standards not always meeting expectations.

Recently stayed at Roomzzz with my partner and can highly recommend it. Our room came with our own small kitchen, double bed, modern bathroom with heated floor and huge Panasonic TV opposite our bed. The hotel is no fuss and would work well for a professional during the week - especially with the option to cook your own food, and there's a dishwasher to help! Breakfast is an assortment of pastries, fruit, yogurts and teas/coffees which are all made for on the go. This is great, although some plates would be useful as we and several other guests ate in the hotel from the bags provided.
The best thing about the hotel is the location - it's in the Corn Exhange next to bars and restaurants which are open late, next to the Printworks and opposite the Arndale shopping centre - we had a weekend away and it was a perfect springboard to explore the city.
Would definitely stay if I visited Manchester again, whether for work or leisure!

My experience at Roomzzz Corn Exchange couldn’t have been better! I made a last minute booking and decided to use this Aparthotel for its perfect location and the convenience of room i.e having kitchen facilities should I decided to eat in. The booking process was really simple without too many intrusive details and I thought it was extremely good value for money the location and room quality. I love Roomzzz quirky nature with its funny but subtle notices (read the do not disturb sign for a giggle). It might not bother some people but the quality of room is really important to me; I’ve stayed in so many hotels / aparthotels where the beds are almost ready to collapse or things just don’t work. You can immediately tell that the place was built with quality in mind! Everything looked brand new! Finally, having the white companies toiletries is always a great bonus! I will absolutely be using this place next time I’m in Manchester (which won’t be too far in the future) and I’m looking forward to experiencing 5* accommodation for a very reasonable price again. Thanks Roomzzz Corn Exchange!

We stayed for a couple of nights and you cannot get a better location! Right across the road is a large shopping mall and a tram stop. Restaurants and stores everywhere!
The hotel itself was so interesting, we were at the end of a looooog hallway that wrapped around in a circle. Our room was spacious and had a separate living/kitchen area. It was modern and clean and had a great shower (not a shower bath combo which is so common in hotels).
Parking was a short walk away in a public car park - you receive a discount voucher from reception.
Before arriving I advised we had quite a lot of luggage and asked if we could drop it off before parking. We were told there was a layby outside the museum (the hotel is in a pedestrian only location) so one person could walk the luggage while the other waited with the car however as we could've been moved on at any time and separated (only one phone on hols!) it turned out easier to just park and walk with the luggage as the route is relatively easy, about a 7min walk. If you don't have a car or just weekend luggage then it's easy!
Aside from this initial parking issue the stay was great. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed with my partner. Room was modern clean and had all the facilities you need. ( including a bottle opener) Corn exchange is in the perfect location surrounded by good food and all the retail therapy you need. Everything is in walking distance. Staff are brilliant and will try there best to accommodate any need. I dealt with the assistant manager Mark King. Guy is nothing short of brilliant definitely a credit to the company. He dealt with any queries i had made sure everything was spot on with the stay and genuinely made us feel welcome. So much so i have booked to go back again in April. If you are looking for somewhere in Manchester to stay this is the place.(even provide you with grab and go breakfast) Puts some of the more expensive places to shame. Well done guys.

I stayed at the Roomzzz Manchester Corn Exchange in the Smart studio for three months for my short term study there at the University. Although we arrived just a day before the second lockdown, the staff was really helpful and the hotel was very calm.

Every morning you would come down, greet the staff and pick up your breakfast (croissant, pain au chocolate or pain aux raisins) with your hot drink with a huge selection of teas or juice. You could also get yoghurts and fruits.

Roomzzz definitely made me feel at home for a few months. The bed is comfortable, the shower is superb and the kitchen is fully furnished! The cleaning staff knocks at your door once a week, they are also incredibly kind and helpful to me and my friend who stayed in the room almost next door. The aparthotel is next to everything which makes it very easy to move around, close to the Victoria Station! It also has washing machines on the first and third floor.

I feel incredibly grateful to have been able to stay in this amazing and safe place. Although I have a few minor issues with my room, they have been solved as soon as possible. It was quite sad that everything was closed due to lockdown but I will come back here!

I would definitely recommend it if you were to come to Manchester!

PS: check out the view at sunrise or sunset on the 3rd & 4th floor!

A great hotel overall. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are fresh, modern decor and clean. Beds are very comfy and the rooms have everything you would need. Hotel seems very soundproof as we didn't hear a peep from outside (busy city centre) or anyone else in and around the hotel. Very ideal location in the centre of all the shops and restaurants, with Victoria train station round the corner. Very good value for money compared to most places in the centre of town. I do believe they offer overnight discount for the local car park/multi story. They offer 2 hour early & late checkouts for a small price which is a life saver for some. They also provide a little complimentary take away breakfast and coffee; fresh pastries, fruit and yoghurt. I would highly recommend this hotel to any of my family & friends, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

I've stayed at this Roomzzz on a few occasions and this one was ok, nothing more. It's a perfectly functionary hotel, set in a nice building in a good part of the city to explore the NQ and other nearby places. It's location means you will invariably hear outside noise but then it is a city centre hotel.

This time the room was ok, I wish we'd gone for a larger room instead of the Smart (but small) Audio we were in. I can't understand why hotels insist on sachets of instant coffee in rooms, when it's easier (and better) to use a Nespresso or similar. All the milk in the room was dairy, thankfully we took our own.

Our room seemed tired, a little bland and cramped - the TV is literally at the end of the bed - which some might like, some not like. I wasn't a fan. I think the biggest thing on this stay is that we've stayed at the nearby Native which pays more attention to detail to its rooms, the decor and service. I'd choose Native over Roomzzz next time.

We arrived early but were unable to check in, they charge for early / late check in and out. Native didn't when I stayed there. The breakfast items are not all that and so we passed up and grabbed a nearby coffee and food instead, which in fairness we probably would anyway.

Would I stay again? Yes, if Native (or other) was busy and if I did I would stay in a larger room.

NB. It's hard to rate the service as this is a hotel that I'd describe as function, it's not a place I'd be wowed by given that you rarely interact with staff and the rooms (and stay) are a little bland. If there was a good in between average and very good, then I would have chosen that in a couple of case.

I booked to stay in a Grand room with my mum and sister for a festive girls weekend and we all loved it.

The room was HUGE (we were given a disabled access room, I'd guess to ensure there was space for the roll out bed) and it couldn't have been any cleaner. The communal areas were all spotless too and we loved the original features around the staircase.

The staff on reception were really friendly and helpful and let us leave our bags when we arrived earlier than check in

The grab and go breakfast was available (coffee, croissants and bananas/apples) but we chose to get breakfast out before we headed home. You also have a full kitchen in your room if you wanted to cook breakfast yourself.

The hotel was full and is right next to where one of the busiest parts of the Christmas markets are but we had a room facing into the corn exchange centre (no view other than the dome) but we were really grateful for this as it meant our room was quiet through the night despite the hotel being so central.

Would definitely stay again if I needed a hotel in town!

Just about to leave the hotel after a two night stay for my partners birthday and what a great experience we have had. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, a literal stones through from the printworks, Hard Rock Cafe and many other restaurants and bars. We were spoilt for choice. The room was lovely and we had a great view of exchange square. I couldn’t fault a single thing with it. The shower was brilliant, the kitchenette had everything you could possibly need and everything was high quality right down to the shower gels and shampoo. All in all a fantastic experience and one we will definitely be rushing to do again. If I was to give a little constructive feedback it would be a little more of an offering on the continental breakfast and a slightly better iron in the rooms. But honestly I’m nit picking there I would 100% recommend this hotel to anybody. Reception staff were extremely friendly and happy to help and answer any questions.

Lovely reception area
We struggled with the lift a little but we got there with a little help from the very kind, friendly and helpful receptionist.
Our apartment was gorgeous. Modern and spacious. Bed was firm and comfortable. We where in room 326 it’s an accessible room as my daughter is in a wheelchair.
Can’t fault the hotel at all.
Perfectly central literally 300 yards from the arena and 200 yards from the arndale centre. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep.
Nearest car park is q park on chapel street 300 yards from the roomzzz. At reception they give you a car park ticket so you can pay a reduced rate of £10 for a 24 hours stay which was a bonus.
Highly recommend. Will definitely be staying here again.
