I had one quick pint in here while doing a pub crawl on my birthday. It was fine, nothing overly special but nothing wrong with it. Very busy but that's to be expected from a Saturday just after the majority of the world has been paid. Not too pricey either which is a major plus point.

Attended with a large group of people. Happy atmosphere in a packed pub, lots of dancing and terrible singing with the Karaoke. Traditional pub with mirrored decor and cheap booze. I liked the pub but my friend hated it- very busy and overcrowded. Everyone seemed to be having a good time though and had we had a table to sit...

Went here for a pint and it was very welcoming, traditional and busy. This place is like going back in time - poor sound system and TVs but it has a really engaging feel about it. Value was good and we had a laugh. Give me a night out here anytime over these flash places charging £6 a pint. I...

Don't go here! Went here on a recommendation to watch a United game. Utd v Chelsea. The TVs are old and small and one was not even working. The place is not comfortable but no big deal. What was bad that after only putting the game on at the first kick of the ball and playing loud music at half...

Great little boozer just off Deansgate. Prices reasonable, staff friendly and good tunes on the juke box. There must be over 300 framed pics on the walls of bygone days in Manchester and what can only be described as a shrine to George Best.

In lots of ways a simple traditional pub on the edge of Deansgate and, in my opinion, better for it. Especially as, in amongst their cask beers, they served a very nice Blonde beer. No atmosphere to comment on and easily missed if in Manchester.
