This was a first visit as our son has recently moved moved to the area. The location close to Didsbury Park is quiet, picturesque and rather salubrious.
Weirdly we had room 11 on the ground floor which had a large double bed and extremely quiet. For those that don’t like the bathroom open plan in the bedroom, this isn’t for you, but it worked well for my wife and I.
Breakfast is at extra cost but definitely up to standard in all respects.
You pay for what you get which is a very pleasant and decent sized room in a large house on a quiet residential street and a very good nights sleep.
All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We’ll be back!

I attended a family wedding here recently and was very impressed. From the outside this looks like any other imposing Victorian detached townhouse with parking to the front and the side.
Inside is all you would hope for and more with a quirky interior design that should appeal to all. Certainly did to me.
The garden is mostly laid to lawn with plenty of outdoor games and tables and chairs to relax in the sun. The wedding party ate under a huge covered terrace then danced inside until the early hours.
The bedroom was certainly well equipped with Flat screen TV, Radio, Minibar, Tea and Coffee making facilities and the most luxurious fresh white bed linen on the huge bed. Fabulous large rain shower in the en-suite.
Breakfast was a good offering with both continental and hot food served buffet style.
Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff who were polite friendly and all went the extra mile. A special mention to Nicola who was amazing from check in to breakfast the next morning. Thank you.

I can highly recommend 11 Didsbury Park as a Wedding Venue.

I had initially booked a comfy room the night before our stay, but was contacted on the morning of arrival and informed there had been an error on the booking site and that no comfy rooms were available, the hotel representative was very apologetic but could only offer us a snug room instead as that was all that was available, she also offered us a complimentary breakfast as way of apology. The snug rooms looked quite a bit smaller than the comfy and didn't have a bath, but we liked the location and look of the hotel so decided to accept the offer.
The hotel is set in a very quiet location but is within a 10 minute walk of the centre of didsbury where we had booked a meal.
When we checked in the receptionist apologised again and went through the facilities and regulations with us before we were shown to the snug room, not sure if all the snugs are the same size as this was on top floor and , in my opinion was quite a decent size, as it fitted the large bed 2 bedside cabinets, a comfy chair and the desk area. the room also had a coffee maker, speaker, fridge, aircon and an opening window fitted with small wooded blinds .
Venue was very clean and had fantastic high ceilings and period features , really pleasant walled garden , all staff were very friendly and the breakfast was a very relaxed affair. All in all an excellent stay the only thing I missed was relaxing in the bath, I would definitely book again, and hopefully next time can try one of the rooms with a bath.

My husband and I had an impromptu overnight stay at this little gem of a hotel in the heart of the fashionable Didsbury district. The hotel is housed in a period property (Victorian) on a quiet and quaint street nearby Didsbury Park. Immaculately furnished, superbly lit, with open fires and reading nooks, it has proved to be the perfect retreat in this very wintry January 2025. Our room was secluded, supremely comfortable (the bed in particular but also the separate roll top bath, the coffee nook and the bathroom) and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was delicious (eg. granola, sourdough bread, poached eggs), the staff were very attentive and we felt very welcomed indeed. We had a peak into the garden and we could only imagine how this place could prove to be equally hospitable in the spring/summer season. All in all, the owners have managed to recreate a country house style of retreat in the heart of large metropolis. We wholeheartedly recommend this place, be it for a weekend, an intimate wedding or really any type of social event where, in addition to joy and celebration, comfort and privacy are also required. For us, it has been a beautiful stay.

Absolute gem of a hotel. I have travelled to and stayed in Manchester for many years just wish I had found this boutique hotel earlier. Yes it is a little more expensive than stays in Premier Inn but you pay for what you get and staying at 11 Didsbury Park you certainly get comfort style and so much peace and tranquilty. We really loved our stay there was absolutely nothing we did not like. We had breakfast abd that was delicious. We will return for our next visit to Manchester.

Lovely hotel , check-in very straight forward. Lounge area delightful and sympathetic to the age of the property. The room was very spacious and plenty of storage. Fresh milk in the mini bar and a nespresso machine add the the attention to detail seen in this hotel. The breakfast room is light and airy with a comprehensive breakfast menu. Will definitely use again.

Just a 1 night Saturday overnight stay in Didsbury to visit our son. Wanted to steer away from the premier & travel lodge type places and make it a bit more special.
Wow did this place deliver. It was superb.
Reception was excellent, and strangely one of the nicest reception rooms I have ever come across..
The double room was spacious, well decorated, well furnished and had plenty of space - apparently the owner does her own room design and colours, and they are truly very good.
Bed was very comfy, staff very attentive and professional. A great sleep.
And breakfast was also very good.
Walking distance to Didsbury Village, where we ate out in the evening, and also to a local park where we grabbed a coffee and sat on a park bench with coffee/cake in the afternoon.
Will definitely return next time we are in Manchester, Didsbury area

We hosted a reception for approx. 40 guests at Eleven Didsbury Park following a funeral. We were very well looked after by Georgie and her colleagues and the buffet was excellent, everyone was pleased with the food, including the veggie and gluten free provisions. We had full use of all the reception rooms downstairs, allowing us to be sociable but with plenty of room to spread out comfortably. We were given access to the audio system allowing us to play music throughout the rooms and we had access to a large screen for a slideshow of photographs. Arranging the reception we were assisted ably by Jess, who was very helpful with advice and accommodated our needs and preferences perfectly.

Lovely boutique hotel, booked two rooms for one night, second for teenage son. Both rooms were spacious with beautiful furnishings, lovely large beds and coffee machines, a must for my coffee addict partner! both bathrooms had large walk in showers and ours had the addition of a beautiful roll top bath - a little touch of luxury after a long drive.
Breakfast was a little slow but they were very busy so easily forgiven - very tasty breakfast and plenty of choice.
Will definitely be back!
