We originally tried to get in Didsbury house hotel but it was fully booked for a wedding. Eleven Didsbury house is about 10 doors away and their sister hotel. Spacious and clean. Staff very friendly. Ideally located in Didsbury.
The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is fabulous. The rooms are also well sized with comfortable furniture. Breakfast is always very enjoyable. The staff are always trying to make my stay that much more enjoyable.
Staff are amazing and went the extra mile to make our visit comfortable. Very polite and not stuffy. They did change bedding for us. Even brought an electric fan to the room to aid restful sleep. Ambience relaxed and in keeping with the charm of the building, beautifully decorated. Lots of food for the hungry, and a wide selection of foods for different palates. We really enjoyed our stay.
We stayed here for our wedding night. We had booked a standard room, but on arrival, the staff had upgraded us to the bridal suite, which was fabulous, and we just wished we had more time to spend in the room. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order, with plenty of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet, we would definitely stay here again.
We stayed two nights in a lovely boutique room with a free-standing bath a couple of paces from the king size bed. The room had another bath on the balcony outside - too cold to use in December! - and was luxuriously furnished throughout. Excellent breakfasts were served in a cosy conservatory with views over the lawned garden.
