This is to praise Sally from the reception for her support she provided me with in ordering online delivery. Her effort to follow up with the delivery company was much appreciated. As the food arrived late, Sally offered me snacks, being attentive and accommodating. Thank you!😊

The hotel is right in the city, pretty much everything is around the hotel. The staff is amazing. The hotel is beautiful and I really mean it. The rooms are so huge and designed so well. I love those cute red old style telephones, the bed is so comfortable, the chandelier is so gorgeous. Literally the English style. The food is amazing and the portions are very generous. The toilet also quite spacious and looks pretty. In short I would highly recommend this hotel whenever you are in Manchester.

Stayed one night just before lockdown. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I even got a free room upgrade which was incredible. The room itself was super clean and just perfect. There was so much space and it was the perfect little getaway. Great location. Will definitely be visiting again!

After missing out on celebrating my 50 th and 30 th wedding anniversary and wetting out first grandchild head due to lockdown we arranged a night In Manchester. We had the best time this hotel was fabulous everything was thought of for a traveller . We had no fear of the virus as the hotel was immaculate and all guidelines in place . From the warm welcome from the beautiful receptionist to the wave goodbye from the friendly Johan. We had the most beautiful room it was stunning with special touches like a tuck box and water in the fridge . We will definitely book again . Breakfast was delicious and the staff were super friendly and professional
