Very cheap so wasn't expecting the Ritz-Carlton but the cleanliness in rooms and particularly toilets was appalling. No lift was annoying when staying on top floor as involved a long walk.
Good location and other tenants were friendly.
The place is decent and value for money, its right in the city centre and close to all transport links and market. But the place needs to be slightly more cleaner specially kitchen and toilets, otherwise its good.

Overcrowded, very rude staff, horrible state of WCs, "continental breakfast" is just bread and jams. Location is okay, but overall the place is awful.
Would not recommend. payed £27 for the worse experience ever.
