Good location, ideal for our purpose, excellent staff. Mancunian staff friendly and helpful as usual. Will definitely visit again. Having the Beefeater next door was most convenient and the breakfast was both well cooked and served by very pleasant staff

My husband & I recently stayed here for a long weekend whilst visiting Manchester for a weekend away. The hotel was well located for the metro stop, rooms were clean and staff friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here last week for a mid week visit to Manchester. Staff were friendly, room was clean. Did not find it to be noisy. Had our dinner in the Beefeater. Staff were equally nice there and enjoyed our meal. Would recommend for a short stay. FYI there is a school very near and the lots of parents seem to park...

Good location, just off motorway, easy to find and plenty of parking. tram a short walk up the road, took tram into the city for shopping and to go out at night. Last tram back about 1am. Disappointing service at the bar, lad not aware of customer service, others were complaining too. Had meal deal, evening meal and breakfast, evening...

Hotel is in a good location around a 10 minute walk from Bowker Vale metro station. Free parking at hotel. Staff were friendly throughout stay. Hotel room had a strange smell upon arrival (possibly due to fan in bathroom not working properly - was quite loud). Could hear people walking around upstairs frequently.

Easily accessible hotel just off the motorway. Really comfortable room with plenty of space and clean bathroom with plenty of hot water. Breakfast next door with all you can eat (bargain), loads of free parking and 5 minute walk to tram then ten minutes to city centre. Couldn't ask for more!

Excellent hotel. Bed very comfortable and good sized room. Hotel and room very clean and friendly and polite staff. Free parking. Close to tram stop. For the price paid this was great value and I have had a lot worse in much more expensive hotels. Highly recommended breakfast next door - as good as any I have had and all...

Having stayed at the Prestwich Premier Inn, we tried Heaton Park as an alternative and found it a far better hotel. The staff, especially Debbie are very friendly and go out of their way to help. The rooms are typical Premier Inn, but in all are quieter . Ask for ones overlooking the car park. The deciding factor is the...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
It's the mixture of old and new that's so delightful at Heaton Park. You're in the historic area of Bury, right next to a park and estate that dates back hundreds of years. Yet you're a short tram ride from an ultra-modern city, plus there's all mod cons in our hotel too. Feed the animals in Heaton Park. Or feed your appetite for shopping at Bury's famous shopping centre and market. Party like mad at Manchester Pride festival, or celebrate a win at Old Trafford. Then come back to comfy beds, 40 inch flat screen TVs and a Beefeater restaurant. ... more   less
