Great hotel, we were warmly greeted at the door and our bags were taken up to our room whilst we checked in. The room was large and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. The staff were always on hand to give any directions and recommendations. Yes there was decorating work going on but it did not affect our stay in the slightest and it was nice to see them working hard to improve the hotel quality. We would definitely return the location was great and convenient. Only downside is it is noisy at times but that was no fault of the staff who we did see actively managing this. Overall we give 4 stars for this lovely experience and will be back

Hendham House is an absolutely amazing boutique-style hotel situated on the outskirts of Manchester, a mere 10 minutes' drive from the vibrant city center. Let me just say that the hotel staff are absolutely incredible! They are so friendly and attentive, always wearing a warm smile and going above and beyond to ensure that their guests have the most delightful stay imaginable. We can personally vouch for the exceptional experiences we've had here while setting up for various events. Each time has been absolutely fantastic, leaving us with nothing but fond memories. Hendham is a great little hotel, we stay every time we are visiting family in Manchester. The staff are lovely every time and we really enjoy staying here. It’s affordable, convenient and comfortable. The rooms here are amazing too! We highly recommend.

Booked 4 months ago for a stay on March. Received a message to say they are now having a refurb the whole of 2023! Surely they’d have known before. Worst thing is they are still taking bookings on Booking.Com? You’d think they’d have stopped that.

Nice little b&b style hotel just outside the city centre. My husband booked for us both to stay whilst we attended a Harry Styles concert and we had a pleasant stay. Some positive comments from my stay here - Lovely staff who were a great help during our stay. They were all so down to earth and can tell they take time to remember the guests and took time to ask us how our day was which was really nice. - Beautiful gardens with nice flowers and outdoor furnitures - Clean and tidy room which had lots of space - extra towels and pillows upon request - The breakfast was great - The staff recommended us lots of excellent resteraunts and bars. One of our favourites was Dukes 92. Also the corn exchange has lots of nice places to eat in there. I’m going to include a few cons which I hate to do but just to make others aware - A bit noisy sometimes when other guests are arriving back drunk (this we understand is out of the hotels control) - The area itself however the grounds of the hotel are lovely and you can tell they work hard to keep it looking nice so you can’t fault the hotel…

I stayed at this hotel over the parklife weekend and felt like I needed to write a review about my experience. From when we first arrived we felt extremely welcomed and comfortable. Me and my friends had travelled 4 hours to stay in Manchester and it was a relief to be staying at a hotel like this. The staff were extremely friendly and really couldn’t have done more for us whilst we were there. They helped us out with transport and finding our way around the city. The rooms were exceptional. They were really clean and modern. I’m assuming we were in the renovated part of the hotel which after looking at the other photos I’m very glad we booked the room we did. Our room was spacious and had a lot of space for us to get ready. Overall it was just a great experience from start to finish I will always go back to this hotel when staying in the city. The exterior of the building as well as the surrounding area is pretty scary to be honest. You’re opposite a derelict nursing home and run down properties. I think the hotel also acts as a half way house of some sort- that’s the vibe we got, and we could smell weed a couple of times. However, the receptionist was lovely and helpful, and our room was beautiful! We had the double room with an en-suite and the interiors were stunning we were so impressed especially considering how the rest of the place looked. Overall very good for the price we paid, just be cautious of the area.

I have been coming to Hendham House for a long time now for events and balloon set ups and I can honestly say this is one of my favourite hotels. The staff are always extremely friendly and you can really tell they look after their guests. I always look forward to creating new balloon set ups and working with their amazing team. See you all again soon

We stayed in an absolutely lovely room, it felt like the penthouse suite the decor was on point and ultra modern , the bed was also modern and comfy, the bedding was noted to be clean and well maintained and the en-suite was modern and clean . The room was luxurious and exceptional value for money . The staff were helpful and approachable, the hotel was only a 10 minute taxi ride from Manchester City centre , I would definitely book a room at this hotel again

Thank you so so much to all the staff here who made my birthday stay so special. The balloons were absolutely perfect and I loved every second of being here. Definitely a birthday to remember. The room was 5* quality at an extremely amazing price.
