Stayed at the King Street hotel on a Saturday night, beginning of February. Staff and service were excellent as was our room on the 5th floor. However, our friends who also stayed on the 5th floor had a very small room but were paying the same price as us (£250), we also found that to stay on a Saturday night...

Stayed 2 nights on a visit to Manchester that co-incided with my wife's birthday. At first, it was difficult to find by car (for us non-locals), but once there we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Quirky (as expected) but very comfortable room with wonderful opulent bed. Lovely bathroom and great service throughout. The "full Irish" breakfast was delicious, as was the...

Found it odd walking into the bathroom then bedroom! Quite dark. Staff don't talk much, took ages to check in and no info given at breakfast, had to ask for everything. Not proactive. Hired meeting space, noisy and cramped

Dear Karla, Thank you for your review. I guess that the clue may be in the name, Eclectic Hotels, as to why we may have unusual bedrooms, that paired with the fact that we are working within the fabric of an 1870’s listed Victorian building at the heart of this wonderful city. Fortunately this has never been raised as an...

Fantastic decor, amazing lighting, superb light bulbs!, I can't believe how clean the hotel was. Our room which looked on to an office block but that was not a problem as we kept the shutters closed. The infinity pool was fab with amazing view of Town Hall and many rooftops. We were first to arrive at pool on top floor...

We went to Manchester for a night out as a couple. We searched around for hotels and we found this to be the highly rated, the room was a little expensive for the night but we didn't actually opt for the cheapest room (although it looked equally nice). Parking isn't the easiest for this Hotel but to be fair they...

I booked this hotel as a little surprise for my sisters 30th. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We started off having afternoon tea in the Afternoon tea lounge which was so pretty. The Afternoon tea itself was lovely too, the best I've had in fact and I've tried loads of places. The staff were really attentive, they brought my sister...

Hotel was great, but only has one small lift for servicing the rooms as well as guests which meant long waits to get to the pool from bedroom.
