The location is perfect, the hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. The staff is really helpful. The only problem is the internet connection, which requires constant log in and at sometimes worked intermittently.

Arriving in Strasbourg without hotel reservations, we were directed to Hotel Dragon by another hotel and were happy they did. Although 1st night we were on the side of the hotel without an elevator (no rooms available on other side), the 2nd night the receptionist kindly moved us, without having to ask her, to the side that does have an...

Came for the Christmas Market and was very happy with this little place. Warm welcome, clean and very comfortable rooms...the mattresses are wonderful which is not always the case in hotels in France...and elsewhere for that matter. Our room was very quiet...in a great part of town as well...only a short walk to the sites and sounds... I may be...

We stayed here for an overnight trip to Strasbourg from Heidelberg. It was a very nice hotel with a very lovely receptionist Corinne Couvidat, who provided excellent service and suggestions on where to dine and where to go. We had a room at the very top that was large and spacious and basic. A comfortable king size bed and clean...

1 night stay (8th December 2015) for Christmas market trip to Strasbourg. Very conveniently located within 10' minutes of main part of City. Our room was described as 'classic' which can also be interpreted as 'compact'. Nevertheless, room spotless with modern furniture & very comfortable firm bed. Bathroom very compact and door to bathroom (room 30) very difficult to secure...

This hotel is on the edge of the city center but close to the Cathedrale, Petit Venise, and shopping areas. Their branding says "le calme au centre ville" and it is accurate. The hotel has a thoroughly modern interior with an artsy feel. Parking is an issue but they valet parked our rental car in metered parking and fed the...

Read the positive reviews and so booked the Dragon. It's very well located near the Cathedral and main tourist places. It is also good value compared to other places nearby but I was disappointed. Staff seemed disinterested and room was ok but basic.

Stayed here twice at the start and end of a cycling tour. Hotel is clean, in a quiet area, easy walking distance to tourist areas, and restaurants. Short and cheap taxi journey from the railway station. Staff were friendly and helpful, gave us good suggestions for restaurants, and stored luggage for us whilst we were cycling. We had larger rooms...

A very nice hotel with small yet utterly charming rooms. The location is quite good, on a small side street off one of the central canals. All of the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and they even let me check in an hour early when I arrived after a long trip in an brutally jet-lagged state. The amenities are...
