The hotel is OK, although it needs renovation. The breakfast is not included in room price and it is quite pricey. The personnel is helpful and kind but they have problem with English language. Location is excellent, you need 10 minutes to city center.

We stayed at the hotel for a few nights and had a large room with views of the river. The location and amenities are excellent. Bathroom and bed comfort were great. Breakfast is served on a first floor corner room and was good.

Beautiful old mansion turned into a hotel. Overall a bit dated, but the room was nice, the bed comfortable and the staff amazingly friendly. The breakfast failed to impress me and was rather minimal in variety. Lots of good vibes during my stay, which I enjoyed, thus my 4* rating which is based mostly on atmosphere than on any specific...

Nice location in the city centre, paid affordable parking, friendly staff, loads of restuarants to choose from. Plenty of good local wines to choose from. Many museums to visit. Recommend the river boats cruise to get a quick overview of the city.

For the price and its star rating, this place is looking a bit threadbare. Rooms are not large (no surprise there in a large French city) and ours seemed a bit drab. However, its prime location about 10 minute's walk from the cathedral and the very friendly staff go a long way to offset. Like other reviewers we had no...

Conveniently located outside the old city, and easy walking to all the central sites and stores/restaurants. Petite France further beyond, but still very walkable. Parking available (21€) or you can ask for a street parking pass (8€ daily) and park nearby. We always found easy locations around the hotel to park, and don't forget it's free on Sunday's to park...

We arrived mid afternoon and was greeted by the smiling receptionist - Fanny. She was very knowledgeable who told us very easily with great English where places to eat, shop and visit. We were surprised with how beautiful the room was! It was immaculate. Large space. Comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioning. Spacious bathroom that has shower/bath combination. Thank you...

I feel so fortunate that I booked this hotel. Great Location!! Though on a semi busy street-the rooms are facing the quieter streets. A grand dame of the 18th century with thorough modernization. My room had a view of the Eglise St. Paul and was so quiet-just what I asked for! The staff is courteous and efficient. Full marble baths...

Ideally situated in centre of Strasbourg. Great staff, fantastic room. I thought that breakfast was a bit pricey but everything else was wonderful. Some may view the hotel as a bit old fashioned but we loved it, this is how hotels should be. We hope to return at some point.

Such a beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We only stopped one night en route to Italy. Having booked a junior suite with breakfast for a family of four we were upgraded on arrival. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom fabulous. And breakfast! What can I say. Perfect. The room was light and pretty...
